Tracy - Cabernet, , , San Francisco Nebbiolo, , Petite Verdot Livermore Managed by winemaker and proprietor Dan Martin, located on the South Eastern tip of the Santa Cruz San Mateo Mountains Appellation. Featuring an upper 92 and a lower vineyard totaling nearly 8800 vines.

The upper vineyard is broken up into seven di erent Santa Cruz Mountains San Jose sections, the majority of which are made up of Caber- net Sauvignon . These vines are 21 years old, Appellation 1 planted in 1993 on a quadro-lateral lyre system. Los Gatos 101 Morgan Hill The lower vineyard is where our second area of Cab- ernet Sauvignon was also planted in 1993. These Gilroy 152 vines are also on rootstock 110R and a selection of 1 Santa Cruz clones #4, 7, 8. The peak of Mount Madonna Greenfield forms the southern boundary, the sparkling waters of Half Moon Bay dene the northern boundary. The minimum vineyard elevation is 400 feet on the ocean side and rises from 400 feet on the eastern San Francisco Bay side to 800 feet at the southeast bound- ary. are planted as high as 3,200 feet. The appellation exceeds 400,000 acres although vineyard plantings are around 1,500 acres.
