BAUER RADIO GROWS AUDIENCE REACH AND SHARE AS PASSION PORTFOLIO RECORDS BEST EVER FIGURES

- Total audience of 13.7m listeners, up in reach, hours and share year-on- year - Nationally, Bauer’s Passion Portfolio records highest-ever reach, hours and share, and overtakes Network for hours and market share - Magic remains no.1 commercial station in for hours and share, leading strong local Place Portfolio performance

Bauer’s Passion Portfolio is the home of passionate, iconic national brands dedicated to music and entertainment.  The Passion Portfolio recorded its highest-ever reach of 6.7m adults each week (up 3.5% yoy)  The Passion Portfolio has also recorded its highest ever share (up 8.1% yoy) and highest ever total hours (up 4.6% yoy)  Nationally, Kiss is listened to by over 4.1m adults each week. Looking forward, the brand is set to boost its audience further with the launch of digital radio stations and KissFresh alongside the new Kiss Kube app  Planet Rock, acquired by Bauer Media in February 2013, reached 896,000 listeners across the UK (up 4.1% yoy). The station is adding Al Murray to its presenter line-up from May 26th

Bauer’s Place Portfolio focuses on relevant and local programming in the premier towns and cities across the UK.  Strong quarterly Place Portfolio performance sees reach of 8.5m adults each week  The portfolio is commercial number one for reach & share in 19 of our 21 markets  In London, Magic 105.4 is no.1 commercial station for hours and share  Magic 105.4’s Breakfast show with Neil Fox recorded an increase in hours (up 2.3% yoy) and share (up 8.0% yoy)  Standout Place Portfolio figures led by strong performances from: o (Newcastle), fresh from its Sony Award as Station of the Year (1m+), it remains the biggest commercial station in its transmission area with 434,000 listeners (up 12.7% yoy), and is its best performance for six years o (South Coast) recorded its biggest audience since 2011, reaching 393,000 listeners (up 4.0% yoy) o Clyde1 () continues to be the biggest commercial radio station in , reaching 601,000 listeners (up 16.2% yoy)

Bauer Social With over 6m connections through app, Facebook, website and Twitter touchpoints, Bauer Radio continues to invest in providing an engaging multi-platform offering for both listeners and advertisers. This focus is reflected in the continuing growing number of Twitter followers for brands within the Bauer portfolio year-on-year (Kiss up 343%, Magic up 222% and Radio up 238%).
