BAUER RADIO RECORDS HIGHEST EVER AUDIENCE AS KISS UK SMASHES THROUGH FIVE MILLION LISTENER BARRIER

- reaches 14.3m listeners and is up in reach, hours and share y-o-y

- Bauer’s Passion Portfolio records highest-ever reach

- Nationally, Kiss UK records highest-ever reach, hours and share

Bauer’s Passion Portfolio is the home of passionate, iconic national brands dedicated to music and entertainment:  The Passion Portfolio recorded its highest-ever reach of 7.6m adults each week (up 19.2% yoy) and increased share (up 18.4% yoy) and hours (up 17.2% yoy)  Nationally, Kiss has record-breaking figures; listened to by over 5.1m adults each week (up 16.5% yoy) with its highest ever share (up 8.7% yoy) and highest ever total hours (up 10.1% yoy).  Kiss has 12.1m consumer touch points in the UK across its multiple platforms, including 1.2m downloads of the KissKube app (Source: Bauer Media)  Planet Rock reached 947,000 listeners in the quarter (up 9.6% yoy), boosted by investment in specialist programming and talent, including the launch of former Gun’s N Roses bassist Duff McKagan’s Bass in Yer Face show  reached 758,000 listeners (up 11.3% yoy).  heat now has 4.8m consumer touch points across radio, magazine, TV, online, mobile (Source: Bauer Media)

Bauer’s Place Portfolio focuses on relevant and local programming in the premier towns and cities across the UK.  Strong quarterly Place Portfolio performance sees reach of 8.6m adults each week (up 1.6%), with increase in share (up 1.5%) and hours (up 1.9%)  The portfolio is commercial number one for reach & share in 18 of our 21 markets  In London, Magic 105.4 is the number one commercial station for share & hours listened, reaching 1.97m listeners every week (up 92,000 listeners qoq)  Positive Place Portfolio figures led by strong performances from: o Clyde1 () reaching 572,000 listeners o Hallam FM () recorded its best performance for a decade, reaching 459,000 listeners (up 22.4% yoy) o (Newcastle) recorded its best performance for seven years, reaching 444,000 listeners in the quarter (up 16.2% yoy)

Bauer Social Media Bauer Radio continues to invest in creating engaging multi-platform content for both listeners and advertisers, connecting with listeners through 6.9m digital touch points via apps, websites, Facebook and Twitter.

Engagement via mobile apps within the Bauer portfolio is high with over 2.8m total downloads, and Twitter followers continue to grow year-on-year (Kiss up 161%, Magic up 96%, Radio up 46% and Kerrang! up 220%). (Source: Bauer Media)
