The objective is to be able to plan the maintenance better by following the condition of the equipment. The risk matrix can be used to choose which component to be maintained. The risk matrix is improved by adding a dimension, the uncertainty of the probability. The risk can be reduced along any dimension: better measurements, preventive maintenance or more redundancy. The number of dimensions can be reduced to two by following iso-risk lines calculated for the beta distribution. This thesis lists twenty surveys about circuit breakers and disconnectors, with statistics about the failures and the lifetime. It also presents about forty condition- measuring methods for circuit breakers and disconnectors, mostly applicable to the electric contacts and the mechanical parts. A method for scheduling thermography based on analysis of variance of the current is tried. -

System A is hybridized with an auxiliary biomass boiler that complements the solar system’s thermal production, providing a constant heat supply to the ORC, which operates at full load during the operating hours of the solar system. In contrast, system B is not hybridized with biomass, so the ORC is fully driven by the solar system, operating at partial load according to the solar resource availability. Both systems are connected to the electrical grid, allowing electricity purchases and sales when needed. The design procedure involves the sizing of the equipment as well as the modelling of the hourly behavior of each system throughout the year. -

Den 1 januari 1996 reformerades den svenska elmarknaden. Konkurrens infördes i handel med och produktion av el medan nätverksamhet är ett reglerat monopol. Prisutvecklingen på den svenska och nordiska elmarknaden under de senaste åren har föranlett en diskussion om hur väl elmarknaden fungerar. Bland annat har lönsamheten bland elmarknadens aktörer och effektiviteten i prisbildningen på råkraftsmarknaden ifrågasatts. Rapporten belyser utvecklingen på den nordiska råkraftsmarknaden och söker förklara det senaste decenniets elprisökningar. Vidare behandlas konsekvenserna för slutkunderna på den nordiska slutkundsmarknaden. Därefter analyseras konkurrensen på den nordiska elmarknaden. Inspektionen föreslår även ett antal åtgärder för att förbättra förutsättningarna för en väl fungerande konkurrens på elmarknaden. Även konkurrenssituationen på den svenska slutkundsmarknaden behandlas. I det nordiska elsystemet är det viktigt att begränsningar i överföringskapacitet hanteras på ett rationellt sätt. I rapporten analyseras några konsekvenser av att införa en delning av Sverige i så kallade elspotområden. Energimarknadsinspektionen har i arbetet med rapporten, och för att inhämta synpunkter, samarbetat med en referensgrupp bestående av företrädare från näringslivet samt representanter från andra berörda myndigheter och organisationer.
