We are looking for a professional, flexible and friendly receptionist and administration assistant, to provide general administrative support in school and be the first port of call for all telephone enquiries to the school and visitors to the main receptions.

The role will be primarily to answer and redirect all non-attendance calls, pass on messages and respond to all enquiries in the appropriate way. You will also act as a first point of contact for visitors and be a lead person in making sure that processes are followed when welcoming visitors to the school.
