Implementation Status Overview The Lesotho HIV and AIDS Technical Assistance project (HTAP) continues to be recognized as an important contribution to the national response to the epidemic in Lesotho. The

Public Disclosure Copy project became effective in January 2010 and has disbursed 46 percent (US $2.3 million of US$5 million) to date. Since the completion of a level II restructuring in December 2011, the project now focuses on high-priority capacity gaps such as building NGO capacity to address the HIV epidemic, strengthening the supply chain to improve availability of HIV commodities, and supporting district and community councils to mainstream HIV activities.
