Some of the community’s very best educators were recognized for inspiring future generations of citizens with the Foundation’s annual Leaders for Learning Award in March 2011. Fourteen area teachers were surprised in their classrooms by representatives of the Licking County Foundation who presented them with an art-glass apple symbolizing the knowledge and inspiration they impart to their students and the community’s appreciation for their efforts.
