Horsham District Older Peoples Forum (HDOPF) The Horsham District Older Peoples Forum (HDOPF) is a free to attend, non-political, voluntary group that acts as the ‘ears’ and gives a ‘voice’ for people aged 60 and over who reside in the Horsham District Council area or who care for someone that does. It also enables anyone to raise issues that affect local people. The Forum is also an information hub and consultative group for anyone seeking the views of older people in the district on plans, topics or schemes that may affect older people including Horsham District Council (HDC) and West County Council (WSCC). Come along to a friendly 10.30am-1pm (tea/coffee 10.15am) quarterly public meeting held around the district in a village hall or community centre, share your opinion and hear others; listen to our guest speakers.
