Day 1 (Sun): Frankfurt – Eisenach Weimar - /- / D
Welcome to Germany’s Financial and transport centre! Frankfurt is an international centre for finance, commerce, culture, transport, education, and tourism.
Meet our travel guide at Frankfurt Airport. Final pick up at 0900hrs, or at hotel lobby for passenger who arrived earlier.
Start the journey by traveling to Eisenach, dominated by Wartburg Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage and one of the most important buildings of German History. Visit the room where Martin Luther, whilst in exile, had translated the New Testament into German Language.
Continue to Weimar, where numerous famous personalities such as Goethe, Schiller, Liszt, and Richard Strauss lived and worked. Welcome dinner served at hotel.

Day 2: (Mon) Weimar – Dresden B/- / -
After breakfast, we travel to Dresden, the capital of the Free State of Saxony. On a city tour, get to know one of the loveliest cities of Europe; Dresden is also known as “Florence of the Elbe”.
See the Semper Opera House, the baroque Zwinger, and the restored Frauenkirche. It’s hard to believe that Dresden’s city centre was completely destroyed by bombs in 1945. Remainder of the day is free for you to enjoy and explore Dresden. Suggestion: See an opera performance.

Day 3: (Tues) Dresden – Wittenberg – Potsdam – Berlin B /- /-
Move to Wittenberg to visit the town where Martin Luther sparked off the Reformation. On 30th October 1517, he nailed his 95 theses on the portal of the Castle Church.
Continue to Potsdam and see the impressive courtyards of Sanssouci Palace, former summer residence of Frederick the Great, King of Prussia. Arrive in Berlin in the late afternoon.

Day 4: (Wed) Berlin B/- / -
Enjoy a full day with a big city tour and you will see the highlights of Germany’s capital city. Bradenburg Gate, Reichstag, Victory Column, Bellevue Palace, Kaiser-Wilhelm Memorial Church, Checkpoint Charlie, remains of the Berlin Wall, Unter den Linden Boulevard, and the Berliner Dom (Berlin Cathedral).
Afternoon is free for you to discover Museum Island or go shopping, or even take an optional boat ride to see Berlin from the waterways!

Day 5: (Thurs) Berlin – Hamburg B/ - / -
Travel towards Hamburg and see the main attractions of Germany’s largest North Sea port city; St. Michaelis Church, St. Pauli District, Landungsbruecken, Speicherstadt and the new HafenCityLake. The evening is free for you to discover and enjoy the city!

Day 6: (Fri) Hamburg – Bremen – Hamelin B/- / D
Travel to Bremen, the free Hanseatic city at River Weser. See “Roland” at the market square, the Cathedral, the City Hall, bronze statue of Grimm’s Bremer Stadtmusikanten.
After a walk through the narrow streets of Schnoor Quarter with its tiny houses, continue on the famous German Fairy Tale Route to Hamelin. The city was known for the Pied Piper, another legend in the writings of Grimm brothers.
Hamelin’s delightful, lavishly decorated houses reflect its previous wealthy times as a trading centre. Dinner will be served.

Day 7: (Sat) Hamelin – Frankfurt B/- / -
Travel along the Fairy Tale Route to the small and unique city of Hann, Muenden. It’s a well-preserved half- timbered town that was never destroyed and a jewel of Weser Renaissance to be enjoyed before continuing on to Frankfurt, where a panoramic city tour of Germany’s and Europe’s financial capital awaits.

The “German Classics” tour ends after breakfast.
