From dogwalkers and the school to sports teams and clubs, the Rec continues to be a precious green space and resource for the village as a whole which we need to work to maintain and protect.

The new surfacing outside the Club entrance looks great and, alongside the usual tidying as the busy football season continues, we are looking into some major maintenance on the changing room roof and along the western boundary treeline. We are continuing to report on events and news via our Facebook page so do get in touch there if you’d like to raise anything for our agendas. Our meetings continue on the third Thursday of the month up at the Recreation Club and we’d always welcome any more village residents who can spare some of their time to help out.

All our drivers are paid mileage at Inland Revenue rates whilst giving their time freely. Swan supports those who have savings of up to £16,000, but if a client is over that threshold they can become a member of the Midsomer Norton and Dial-a-Ride: 01761 418097, who may refer them to us for journeys.
