GROVE & CLEAN-UP: per person fee
6% Sales Tax on the Food and 18% to 20% Gratuity on the total Food/Beverage will be added. A $ 300.00 non-refundable deposit (for up to 30 guests) is required to secure your date. A $ 500.00 non-refundable deposit (for 31 guests or more) is required to secure your date. The balance is due on the day of your event.
Menu selection and guest count must be in our office no later than ten working days before your picnic. Picnic times are five hours. Any time over that will be billed $200.00 per hour.
Club policy prohibits bringing in food and/or beverage. All food and/or beverage for your event must be purchased from VE. Any event found not adhering to this policy, shall be charged an additional $1.00 per person to your total bill.
It is not the responsibility of VE to provide complimentary meals or beverages to any of your guests, including any entertainment provided for your event (i.e., musicians, d.j.s, casino dealers, etc.).
