1 www.scripturesAndI.com 14 Heaven and Seven Heavens

Generally speaking, when heaven is referred, all religious followers points to the sky up. It is accepted to be the actual definition of heaven or residence of God. This believed derivation of scriptural heaven has no scriptural support when analyzed with respect to total scriptural landscape. Some verses may give an impression as such but when compared with others, this acceptance will fall apart. This derivation also the basis of accepted believe religious that God the creator lives in heaven while humans, starting with Adam from heaven, reside on earth and being tested for after death judgment hell or heaven. As noted previously and you may have an understanding by now that Adam didn’t originate in heaven or a drop from the sky. It’s not physically possible and our scientific knowledge affirms that as well. Then the obvious question arises - what is Heaven in scriptural realm?

If you recall chapter 5, the difference between heaven and are well documented. Heaven is simply the cosmos and Paradise is the creation cosmos and earth. If that’s the case then what are the Heavens in Quranic realm? In my study of different scriptures I haven’t found documentation of seven heavens as precise as in Quran. Don’t misunderstand me. Heavens are evident in other scriptures as well, as documented later, but Quran consistently calls the creation as “Seven Heavens and Earth”. The text also states that Heavens are in layers Q 67 2-3. Based on our modern scientific cosmic knowledge of 157 billion light years of assumed spread, it’s quite impossible to prove if there are six heavens above it. Most interestingly, the author of Quran is not asking us to believe rather to see Q 67:2-3. Given the authors assertion of Quran as Easy, the Heavens must not be objects beyond our plain sight warranting high scientific achievements. Please keep in mind that scriptures were written and understood by humans residing thousand of years back without any specific scientific tool for its validation. How did they do it?

Q [67:2-3] The One who created death and life for the purpose of distinguishing those among you who would do better. He is the Almighty, the Forgiving. He created seven universes in layers. You do not see any imperfection in the creation by the Most Gracious. Keep looking; do you see any flaw?

14.1 Seven Heavens and the Days of creation

To understand the Seven Heavens let us review the Scriptural map once again (Fig 14.1). It is evident that this map has two distinct paths; one has six stages and the other has twelve. The twelve on the upper layer opens up the lower six. The transition from lower six Torah/law to upper is the resurrection , liberation initiating the realization of the creation – human psychology, the physical creation and human physiology. These phases are bounded by four days of creation in reflection come to light once the scripture SELF is understood. We will see later how these Six Heavens are formed as we grow up towards our destinies – either outward or inward thus completing the seven heavens.

2 www.scripturesAndI.com Q [37:5-6] The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and everything between them, and Lord of the easts. We have adorned the lowest heaven with adorning planets.

In addition to the scriptural map, we can also draw Q 37 5-6 the Seven Heavens and the creation in a concentric circle (Fig 14.2). These seven concentric circles can be reconciled with Hajj observance Tawaf (walking around Kabah) in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. I like to point out that Quran doesn’t support Hajj confrontation as a pilgrimage in Saudi. It’s an event occurs within human consciousness sub-consciously without any existence outside human psychophysiology. Do note that the creation heavens and earth exists because we living body exist.

14.2 Prophet Muhammad’s Journey to Heavens

If my interpretation of Quranic Heavens is true logical then one may question from where the accepted wisdom of physical Seven Heavens originated. Well, if you are a Muslim or you are familiar with , you may have heard Prophet Muhammad’s Journey to Seventh Heaven to meet Allah God. If you don’t know the details yet, some part of the story is derived from some verses in Quran and the larger portion is derived from non- Quranic sources. The total story relies on sayings of prophet books and believed by many as a fact. Knowing what we know today about the cosmos, their composition and the magnitude of it, in any given circumstances, that journey is quite absurd. It just can’t happen! Moreover, it contradicts the Quran - the foundation. If Allah creator, god is near our heart Q 8:24, is there a reason to venture outer space to meet him? Let us review the heresy and Quranic account to see if we can get a conclusion about the journey. Can it be explainable in logical and rational terms, and can it be aligned with Sanatana Dharma? Is it outbound or inbound? Can a rational reasoning bring forth the true definition of Seven Heavens?

Q [8:24] O you who believe, you shall respond to GOD and to the messenger when he invites you to what gives you life. You should know that GOD is closer to you than your heart, and that before Him you will be summoned.

Details of Prophet Muhammad’s “journey to outer space” are documented in Hadith books stories tied to Muhammad crafted by scholars thousands of years back. These are preached by today’s scholars as a Miracle believe tool due to its unexplainable aspects. Some have used modern science, such as, light speed and others, to explain it without much luck. Below are the details copied from Dar Al-Ifta The Miracle of the Night Journey along with some pictures from Google search. I also have inserted some drawings to give it a visual representation. At the end, I have added my take (Table 14.1) on the journey documenting Quran contradictions and the possibility of explain ability in the light Quran.

Overview: The great journey of al-Isra` and Mi’raj took place around one year before the Prophet’s migration to Medina. Within the Quran, the event is mentioned only briefly. The first verse of chapter 17 references the first phase of the journey; Allah the Almighty says, “Glory be to Him, who carried His servant by night from the Holy Mosque to the Further Mosque the precincts of which We have blessed, that We might show him some of Our signs. He is the All-hearing, the All-seeing” [Quran 17: 1]. Scholars agree that the Mi’raj, the second phase of the journey, is the subject of the following verses of Chapter Al-Najm, “By the when it sets! Your companion has not strayed; he is not deluded; he does not speak from his own desire. The Quran is nothing less than a revelation that is sent to him. It was taught to him by [an ] with mighty powers and great strength, who stood on the highest horizon and then approached—coming down until he was two bow-lengths away or even closer—and revealed to God’s servant what He revealed. [The Prophet’s] own heart did not distort what he saw. Are you going to dispute with him what he saw with his own eyes? A second time he saw him: by the lote-tree beyond which none may pass near the Garden of Restfulness, when the tree was covered in nameless [splendor]. His sight never wavered, nor was it too bold, and he saw some of the greatest signs of his Lord” [Quran 53: 1-18].

Details of the Prophet’s journey are found in the vast body of hadith and sirah . The exact details however fluctuate from one text to another. There is a difference of opinion among scholars on several points of the story such as for instance where the Prophet was staying when he was visited by the archangel Jibril Gabriel, where he was offered the cups of milk and wine, and where the splitting of the chest took place. All narratives however agree that Jibril wakes Muhammad from his sleep and leads him to the Buraq — a white mount, smaller than a mule and larger than a donkey — which takes him off to his journey. The Buraq carries the Prophet to the ‘Farthest Mosque’, the Al- Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. At some point, Jibril splits open the Prophet’s chest, removes his heart, and washes it with Zamzam water. He then brings a vessel made of gold containing wisdom and faith which he empties into the Prophet’s heart and then closes up his chest. The Prophet is offered two cups from which to drink, one containing milk and the other containing wine. The Prophet chooses to drink the milk. Jibril tells him, “Praise be to Allah Who guided you to the fitrah (right path)” [Bukhari].

Fig 14.3: Buraq illustration Wikipedia

With Jibril Gabriel, strength of EL (creator) as his companion, the Prophet sets off on the Buraq lighting light at phenomenal speed to Al-Aqsa Mosque where he finds , , and , among a company of the prophets assembled and waiting for him. The call to prayer is then made and the Prophet is invited to lead them in prayer. This part of the journey, the Isra`, represents the Prophet’s horizontal journey across the visible physical world. It is distinct from the Mi’raj and serves as a prelude to it.

Isra’ Night Journey: The Isra` contains initiation features. The sanctification and purification of the Prophet, represented by the splitting of his chest is a necessary preliminary to his ascension to the heavens. It prepares him for the journey to another dimension beyond time and space and opens up his heart to what he is about to see and experience. More important, it prepares him for the splendid culmination of his journey, the meeting with his Lord.

The Isra` is also paramount in that it is symbolic of two things; first it shows Allah’s grace and favor upon the Prophet. Allah chooses none but him to lead all other prophets and messengers in prayer thereby consolidating his superior status. Second, it declares the universality of Islam and signifies that it is the seal of all other messages and laws.

Meraj Ascent: The next part of the journey is marked by Prophet Muhammad’s ascension to the heavens. Here, all the laws of nature and the concepts of time and space as we know cease to apply and everything the Prophet experiences and sees is beyond human comprehension. At each of the seven heavens, the Prophet accompanied by Jibril, encounters a gate and a watcher. At the gate of the lowest heaven, Jibril asks the gate- keeper to open the gate.

6 www.scripturesAndI.com The gate-keeper asks, “Who is it?” “It is Jibril,” he answers. The gate-keeper says, “Who is accompanying you?” Jibril says, “It is Muhammad.” The gate-keeper then says, “Has he been called?” Jibril says, “Yes.” The gate-keeper says, “He is welcomed. What a wonderful visit this is!” As the Prophet and his companion continue to travel upward to the other levels of heaven, the same questions are asked by the gate-keeper of each heaven and the same responses are given.

At every heaven, the Prophet encounters a prophet (Fig 14.4). In the first heaven, he meets Adam, the father of mankind. The Prophet greets Adam with the greetings of peace. Delighted to see the greatest of his descendants, Adam, replies, “Welcome my son, welcome O Prophet of Allah!” Gabriel then takes the Prophet up to the other heavens where he encounters Jesus and Yehya in the second heaven; Yusuf in the ; in the fourth heaven; Harun in the fifth heaven; Musa in the sixth heaven; and finally Ibrahim, the father of prophets in the seventh heaven. In each heaven, Prophet Muhammad greets the prophet residing in it with greetings of peace and he is greeted back with, “Welcome dear brother, and welcome O Prophet of Allah!”

Bayt house al-Ma’moor inhabited, civilized: During this heavenly journey, Prophet Muhammad sees several signs of Allah. He is shown Bayt al-Ma’moor (the Qiblah of the ) that sits above the Ka’bah, and scenes from paradise and hell. In hell, he sees people being tortured for sins such as fornication, usury, backbiting, and misappropriating the property of orphans. In paradise, the Prophet sees people enjoying the wondrous rewards promised to them by Allah in recompense for their faith and good deeds. The wonders he sees in paradise go beyond “what the eye has ever seen, what the ear has ever heard, and what the mind has ever conceived.”

Fig 14.4: Orientation of Prophets in each heaven

7 www.scripturesAndI.com Sidrat Cedar, firm al-Muntaha high status: Jibril then escorts the Prophet to his next destination through the seventh heaven to the uppermost boundary, Sidrat al-Muntaha (the Lote-tree) whose fruits are as big as jugs and its leaves as big as elephant ears. He sees four rivers flowing out from beneath the tree, two visible ones and two hidden ones. The Prophet asks, "What are these, O Jibril? He replies, "As for the hidden ones, they are two rivers of Paradise. The visible ones are the Nile and the Euphrates."

At Sidrat al-Muntaha, Jibril asks Mohammed to proceed alone. No one from among all of Allah’s creation has ever gone beyond Sidrat al-Muntaha for beyond it lays the throne of Allah the Almighty. Prophet Muhammad proceeds alone and reaches the climax of his journey. He stands in the presence of Allah the Almighty at a distance of “two bow- lengths away or even closer.”

We do not have the details of the exchange that went on between Allah and His beloved Prophet. What we do know however, is that during this meeting Allah commissioned Prophet Muhammad and his community with prayer, the cornerstone of Islam after monotheism. Allah tells him, “I have placed a religious duty on you and your community of fifty prayers every day and every night.”

Five Daily Prayers: On his descent through the heavens, Prophet Muhammad meets Musa once more who asks him about the commission he received from his Lord. When Musa learns about the number of prayers enjoined upon the community of Muhammad, he advises him to go back and implore Allah to reduce the number. The Prophet hurries back until he reaches the Tree and asks Allah to lighten the burden of his community. Allah agrees and reduces the number of prayers. When the Prophet returns to Musa and informs him of what has transpired, he is again advised to return to his Lord and ask for a further reduction. The Prophet continues to go back and forth between Musa and his Lord until Allah reduces the number to five daily prayers with each one counting as ten.

End of Journey and believe: Prophet Muhammad’s journey through the heavens comes to an end. He descends from the heavens to Jerusalem, unthethers the Buraq, mounts the saddle and goes back to Mecca. The Prophet wastes no time to inform the people of his journey and encounter with Allah in the hope of winning the hearts of the idolaters over to Allah. The very next morning, he recounts his journey to the people of Mecca. He is at once ridiculed and accused of lying. To test the veracity of his wondrous claims, the people ask him to describe Al-Aqsa Mosque which he does in detail. They ask him to describe the caravans he saw en route, and he says, “I saw the caravan of so-and-so. They had lost one of their camels and were searching for it.” In spite of all the details attesting to his truthfulness, the idolaters continue to mock him for his story and accuse him of lying and insanity.

14.2.1.1 Logical analysis

Hope you were able to grasp of the content. Honestly, did the above story made sense? To me, it’s a mix of explainable Quran and unexplainable myths events. Thus turning the whole story into an “unexplainable journey” can not happen in physical terms. On a different note, if you notice carefully, the magical vehicle for heavenly ride Buraq (Fig 14.3) is similar to the sacred cow Kamadhenu of Sanatana Dharma (Fig 14.5). Now, let’s

14 www.scripturesAndI.com 14.2.1.2 Prophets in Seven heavens – a resurrection from Hell

It’s very interesting to note the alignment of prophets in seven heavens where Adam occupies the lowest and Abraham the highest heaven (Fig 14.6). Per the scriptural map, hell is initiated in sub-conscious realm combining six phases’ heavens with lower heaven as the imitator to the total of seven (Fig 14.1). To tie eight mentioned prophets with scriptural heavens, we have to begin with Abraham to get to oneness of the creator with intellect Muhammad being the observer - note the absence of Muhammad in the prophets list. This journey reflection will only initiate when we acknowledge the misery hell in SELF and lack of understanding “I don’t know” to be followed by the scripture as the ONLY guide. Those honest assertions will reveal the prophets with an upward journey from Hell to Paradise physiological and a downward journey psychological from Ego nothing, (“I am”) to creator’s EL, Allah sacred Mosque Human design, Kabah. Please note that there are six prophets tied by Idris Interpreter. To me, scripture in sub-conscious state begins with Abraham and ends with . A correct interpretation Idris gives birth to all including the next three entities ending with Adam (Fig 14.7).

Quran acknowledges other scriptures as mercy from the creator and individuals knowledgeable in priors would recognize Quran. In Santana Dharma, the circles in prior sections are drawn in Vedic Universe. This universe exists in sub-conscious Brahmajoti, world creator's light realm and dissolves in conscious Shiva awakening. It has seven downward layers and seven upward layers with Earth being the place of present (Fig 14.8, Fig 14.9 and Fig. 14.10). Note the presence of tree in the seventh heaven Sidrat al-Muntaha. As usual, Sanskrit names for seven upward heavens and seven downward places are in Table 14.2 and 14.3, respectively. concept of lower universes for clarity is used for more clarity.

18 www.scripturesAndI.com 14.2.2 Quranic Fact

Before we analyze the Quranic accent, let’s reflect on the heresy in the prior sections. The journey mentioned previously is founded on verses from two Quranic chapters - verse 17:1 and verses 53:1-18. If you are familiar the Quran, you know that 90% of the story is not accounted. Doesn’t that raise the question - how can one derive the details of the journey based on these verses when the totality of the journey not even mentioned in Quran in that format? Can it be that the journey laid out in Quran has no physicality rather occurs in human psychophysical realm? If that’s the case, can it be experienced in reflection by anyone thus bringing the scripture to light?

To do that, one needs to understand the entities in the context of the text and human experience. This may appear contrary to Islamic wisdom but in the context of the previous chapters and the scriptural direction they will all align.

14.2.2.1 Psychophysical Entities

Journey to Seventh Heavens is the sub-conscious aspect of human life only realized in conscious state reflection. This journey reflection begins in the night of destiny resurrection or hell where the text was sent sub-conscious down anzalna in Arabic, text started to make sense yuha in Arabic and thus Seven Heavens are bought to perspective. Now, let us begin exploring the entities involved with respect to the text and human psychophysiology.

14.2.2.1.1 Night of Destiny laylatu –l-Qadri

This night is usually observed in Muslim world as the night of 27th of Ramadan or any night in last ten days of Ramadan. Even after 1400 years of Quran revelation, juries are still out there to find the correct night. If you’re a Muslim, you sub-consciously know that neither you nor anyone you know has found the night. Doesn’t that raise the question what is it and when is it?

As my understanding goes, it’s not a single night in 24 Hour day and night concept rather a prolonged period of “psychological reflection and reestablishment resurrection of physiological well being” to understand “why things are the way they are” with scripture Q 97:1-3 as the guide. It can also come about without a written scripture but a self reflection of THE Scripture SELF. It begins with acknowledgement of SELF in misery Ramadan, scorching heat (Q 2:185).

Night of Destiny also the night in sub-conscious state where nothing is understood in tangible terms. This night, in conscious or sub-conscious state, ends with a new day or the day of resurrection Q 81:10-13. Conscious intelligence enjoys paradise and sub-conscious heresy, mind driven burns in hell or psychophysical ruin with expectation of a “day of resurrection” to come after death. However, eternal judgment has already been issued as recognized by conscious SELF Q 30:56.

19 www.scripturesAndI.com

Q [97:1-3] We sent it down in the Night of Destiny. How awesome is the Night of Destiny! The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months thousand Ramadans in thousand psychological years.

Q [2:185] Ramadan scorching heat is the month during which the Quran was sent down, providing guidance for the people, clear teachings, and the statute criteria book. Those of you who witness this month shall fast therein. Those who are ill or traveling may substitute the same number of other days. GOD wishes for you convenience, not hardship, that you may fulfill your obligations, and to glorify GOD for guiding you, and to express your appreciation.

Q 81:10-13 The records are made known. The heaven is removed. Hell is ignited. Paradise is presented.

Q [30:56] Those who are blessed with knowledge and faith will say, "You have lasted, according to GOD's decree, until the Day of Resurrection. Now, this is the Day of Resurrection, but you failed to recognize it."

14.2.2.1.2 Masjid Al-Aqsa

The journey as stated in Quran Q17:1-3 begins from Sacred House yet to be understood/defined to the farthest place al Aqsa of prostration. In heresy, this sacred house Masjid Al Haraam is termed as Kabah veiled square building in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, and Al Aqsa is the mosque in Jerusalem, Israel. A careful review of Quran reveals a complete different picture. The term Jerusalem struggle for peace never appears in Quran but a synonymous description of psychophysical space Q 75:20, 20:74 are mentioned.

Q [75:20] Indeed, you love this fleeting life.

Q [20:74] Anyone who comes to his Lord guilty will incur Hell, wherein he never dies, nor stays alive.

Q [17:1Most glorified is the One who summoned His servant during the night, from the Sacred Masjid Masjid Al Haraam to the farthest place Masjid Al-Aqsa of prostration the design, whose surroundings we have blessed, in order to show him some of our signs. He is the Hearer, the Seer. Similarly, we gave Moses the scripture, and rendered it a beacon for the Children of Israel that: "You shall not set up any idol as a Lord and Master beside Me." They are descendants of those whom we carried with Noah; he was an appreciative servant.

To understand Masjid Al-Aqsa, we have to analyze the Layout of Suras in Abrahamic scripture format (Fig 14.11). As mentioned in chapter 8, Sura 1-70 exists in conscious realm or reflection of Self’s journey. At age 17 Sura 17 we start our journey from our physicality to our psycho-superiority space shadowing the creation where we truly dwell. We enjoy the material hoarding for superiority pushing us toward the edge of six heavens clockwise thus moving to the farthest (Fig 14:12) from the creation. This farthest place is

20 www.scripturesAndI.com the Masjid Al-Aqsa in Arabic that exists in psychological space above the lower heavens and earth. In other words, it covers the creation – our body, earth and lower heaven. Our shift from the creation towards material vanity is the root cause for our struggle for peace Jerusalem. This realization of SELF is the journey initiated in reflection.

21 www.scripturesAndI.com 14.2.2.1.3 Sacred Haraam Masjid place of prostration, Masjid Al Haraam

The term, Masjid Al Haraam, is usually understood as the black cubical structure in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It’s where Muslims go to observe lesser pilgrimage Umrah, life or annual pilgrimage Hajj, confrontation. It is also prescribed as a lifetime event who can afford it. A careful study of the Quran, it’s alignment with other scriptures and SELF reflection reveals a completely different picture. Masjid Al Haraam is not a physical structure as it seems rather the human design in sub-conscious state (Table 14.4). This human journey results in one of two outcomes for repetition in next cycle and cycle beyond till the truth is realized Q 2:28. The truth in the design is reflected realized in the House of Ibrahim Maquam e Ibrahim (Abraham) termed as resurrection psychophysical renewal. The lesser pilgrimage Umrah in Arabic or the complete pilgrimage Annual Hajj in Arabic have two different aspects in scriptural realm and will be addressed in next chapter. These two physical pilgrimage have no support from the scripture.

Q [2:28] How can you disbelieve in GOD when you were dead and He gave you life, then He puts you to death, then He brings you back to life, then to Him you ultimately return?

14.2.2.1.4 House Bayat, Maquam Place E Ibrahim Father of Many

Bayat, our psychophysical purity, is the Maquam E Ibrahim or standing place of Abraham. It starts to build itself upon realization and identification of the Sacred Mosque Masjid al Haraam the complete journey design of sub-conscious state. This process takes a while as we return to our consciousness SELF with reflection as the guide. Table 14.5 documents all the Quranic verses related to Bayat and their meaning.

14.2.2.1.5 Buraq Lighting or bright

The term “Buraq” is not spelled out in Quran and I haven’t found any direct evidence of a specific vehicle that transported prophet physically for the journey. In Quranic realm, the definition of Buraq is related to the definition of “World Dunya” and our actions Q 3:14, 6:70, 10:24 that undermines the righteousness or calmness within each of us. If you look at the scriptural map, the upward 7 heavens, and downward 7 layers to hell, this particular entity Buraq is nothing but our psychological beast (Fig. 14.3) making us unaware of our existence and robs us from the beauty of TRUE life and THE living. The attraction for material vanity lighting or bright as the prime source of our happiness makes us blind to beauty of life and the living. This realization transports us from the design Masjid Al Haraam to Jerusalem struggle for peace to seventh haven where hell manifests to bring us back to our senses Bayat or house. This beast Q 22:23 is lowly Q 95:4-5 to be sacrificed at the House Bayat - the key objective before the “point of no return” or Hajj confronted. Details of Hajj will be covered in next chapter.

22 www.scripturesAndI.com Q [3:14] Adorned for the people are the worldly pleasures, such as the women, having children, piles upon piles of gold and silver, trained horses, livestock, and crops. These are the materials of this world. A far better abode is reserved at GOD.

Q [10:24] The analogy of this worldly life is like this: we send down water from the sky to produce with it all kinds of plants from the earth, and to provide food for the people and the animals. Then, just as the earth is perfectly adorned, and its people think that they are in control thereof, our judgment comes by night or by day, leaving it completely barren, as if nothing existed the previous day. We thus explain the revelations for people who reflect.

Q 95:4-5 We created man in the best design. Then turned him into the lowliest of the lowly.

Q [22:33] Therein bahamati anami are benefits for you for an appointed term; and afterward they are brought for sacrifice unto the ancient House (Bayat).

14.2.2.1.6 Bayt house Al-Mamoor civilized, inhibited

As per the heresy, this house sits above the Kabah and known as “the Qiblah direction of the angels”. Bayat al Mamoor is mentioned in Chapter Sura 52 Mount Sinai (Table14.6). If you recall, Adam was thrown out of paradise with his mate as devil duped them with lies. Devil consistently makes us believe that we are the angels to live for eternity. Angels, in scriptural paradigm are not physical heavenly creatures with wings rather a synonym for humans who are thrown out of paradise psychological shift and are dwelling above the kabah black square house. Kabah is the physical representation of Abrahamic scriptural map in psycho-physical space. I will get into detail of Kabah, its design, layout, construction and the allegorical meaning later this chapter.

This is the house inhibited, civilized where hell and paradise manifests. Hell is represented as all bad deeds and destruction of our psycho physicality. Paradise on the other hand is the calmness within and a life of unparallel satisfaction.

Q [80:38-41] Some faces on that day will be happy. Laughing and joyful. Other faces, on that day, will be covered with misery. Overwhelmed by remorse.

Q [90:6] He boasts, "I spent so much money!"

Q [6:70] You shall disregard those who take their religion in vain, as if it is a social function, and are totally absorbed in this worldly life. Remind with this (Quran), lest a soul may suffer the consequences of its evil earnings. It has none beside GOD as a Lord and Master, nor an intercessor. If it could offer any kind of ransom, it would not be accepted. They suffer the consequences of the evil works they earn; they have incurred hellish drinks, and a painful retribution because of their disbelief.

Sidrat Al-Muntahar is a Quranic entity referred in Verse 53:14 Chapter 54 “The ”. The relevance of this house is synonumous with the tree of bitterness and its location. Quran calls it “the hell”. Journey resurrection to paradise begins with the identification of “this tree” as scripture opens up. It’s the same tree that Adam tested Q 7:22 when he was thrown out of paradise and it grows in the heart of hell Q 37:64. As we will see later, this is the same tree where Arjun Mahabharata received the scripture Pashupata and Budhha got his enlightenment. Our encounter with the bitterness Q 56:52 of living psychophysical decay will initiate the lookout for exit – the human journey to conciousness.

Q [7:22] He thus duped them with lies. As soon as they tasted the tree, their bodies became visible to them, and they tried to cover themselves with the leaves of Paradise. Their Lord called upon them: "Did I not enjoin you from that tree, and warn you that the devil is your most ardent enemy?"

Q [37:64] It is a tree that grows in the heart of Hell.

Q [56:52] "Will eat from the trees of bitterness.

Q [44:49] "Taste this; you were so powerful, so honorable."

14.2.2.2 The Quranic Journey

With the entities defined, probably by now, you may have an understanding of how the events were unfolded or will unfold. The journey is recalled when the reflection begins as we feel the heat of life and engage within SELF to find an exit. My journey to scripture had the same beginning though not relavant for discussion. Before we get to the stages of this reflected journey, I will repeat the Quranic verses once again, also document the relevant verses ayats for clarity, and align with “Quranic chapters mapped to Abrahmic scriptural map” (Fig 14:14 and Fig 14:15).

Reflection initiates : Q [17:1-7] Most glorified is the One who summoned His servant during the night laylatul Qadr, or night of reflection, from the Sacred Masjid Al Masjid Al Haraam to the farthest place of prostration Al Masjid Al Aqsa, whose surroundings we have blessed, in order to show him some of our signs signs to Pharaoh 20:23. He is the Hearer, the Seer. Similarly, we gave Moses the scripture, and rendered it a beacon for the Children of Israel that: "You shall not set up any idol as a Lord and Master beside Me." They are descendants of those whom we carried with Noah; he was an appreciative servant. We addressed the Children of Israel in the scripture: "You will commit gross evil on earth, twice two lives. You are destined to fall into great heights of arrogance. "When the first time comes to pass, we will send against you servants of ours who possess great might, and they will invade your homes. This is a prophecy that must come to pass. "Afterwards, we will give you a turn over them, and will supply you with a lot of wealth and children; we will give you the upper hand."If you work righteousness, you work righteousness for your own good, but if you commit evil you do so to your own detriment. Thus, when the second time comes to

35 www.scripturesAndI.com pass, they will defeat you and enter the masjid place of prostration, just as they did the first time. They will wipe out all the gains you had accomplished."

Realization sets in Table 14.7 Q [53:1-18] And the star guidance when desired. Not has strayed your companion and not has he erred. And not he speaks from the desire. Not it except a revelation wahyun in Arabic revealed yuha in Arabic. The might in power taught him. Possesor of soundness and he rose. While he was in the horizon - the highest. Then Thumma in Arabic he SELF approached and came down. And was at a distance of two bow lengths two life or nearer closer than heart. So, HE revealed awha in Arabic to his servant what he revealed awha in Arabic. Heart not lied what it saw. Are you doubting what he saw? When covered the Sidrati cedar, firm, lote tree what covers. Not swerved changed direction the sight and not it transgressed. Certainly he saw of signs of his Lord the greatest.

Per Quran, the journey begins in Chapter 17 and Ends in Chapter 53. The reflection is backward from the realization of hell or sufferings. This is where scripture comes to light. We reflect on our creation, our youth physical equilibrium, our superiority destruction of physicality, Sacred Mosque the human design, and paradise merger of heaven and earth. The two paths are shown in Fig 14.13. These two are also carved in the observance of Hajj confrontation. Hajj is a psychophysical realization in Quranic paradigm turned to physical pilgrimage by error.

1. At 17, we venture outside our physicality and ride on a journey of superiority on wings defying the creator and wrestling with him. 2. At 30, we deemed ourselves as exalted and start cherishing the worldly life as a means for happiness 3. At 40, hunger for religious knowledge kicks in and we become the opponent of the scripture, HIS creations, preaching and believing after death hell to others and paradise to SELF 4. At 40, hell begins to form and SELF oppression on SELF physicality starts to take shape 5. Later, we are kicked out from our physicality, partially, and the clarity of life becomes deem. We look for religious superiority, social prestige, glad tidings and many others while health appears as primary owe. 6. Our physicality completely breaks down to a point of no return. Life becomes a thing of the past 7. Next cycle is initiated and Adam never found

I believe many of you have heard the term “Third Eye”. Often it’s tied to Shiva light in Sanatan Dharma (Fig 14.15) that destroys the world heaven and earth for new creation to initiate from the light radiating from it. As mentioned earlier, this third eye doesn’t destroy the paradise physical heaven and earth rather destroys the psychological world Dunya in Arabic that hides it. Paradise Holi, festival of color magnificence is revealed when desire driven world Kamadeva desire god is destroyed (Fig 14.16).

Q [30:22] Among His proofs are the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the variations in your languages and your colors. In these, there are signs for the knowledgeable.

Q [35:27-28] Do you not realize that GOD sends down from the sky water, whereby we produce fruits of various colors? Even the mountains have different colors; the peaks are white, or red, or some other color. And the ravens are black. Also, the people, the animals, and the livestock come in various colors. This is why the people who truly reverence GOD are those who are knowledgeable. GOD is Almighty, Forgiving.

Fig 14.16: Kamadeva and Lord Shiva on Holi

When scriptures are rationality, it will be evident that this eye is not a physical eye rather a vision or realization that originates within each of us enabling SELF to see the majestic and awesome design in the creation. Only then, the creator is known and the scripture is brought to perspective. This eye has two lights overlaying each other; the light that shines on the creation, and another light true life within that enables us to see it. Resulting in “Light over Light” - the sparkle in the eye resulted from the resurrection within. This can not be expressed in words rather to be realized by each sub-conscious individual to get back to consciousness. Hence, Quran describes it in allegory (Table 14.8).

42 www.scripturesAndI.com 14.3 Arjun’s Journey to Heaven

Most Abrahamic religion followers aren’t aware of Arjuna’s travel to heavens in Mahabharata great message. I have talked to many Sanatana Dharma followers on this event and they too aren’t aware of this either. I have seen internet posts where followers of Sanatana Dharma were questioning the travel to heaven Sowarga when heaven can only be reached after death. Isn’t it a bit confusing? Similar to Muhammad’s intelligence, most praised, exalted travel to Heavens psychological boundaries this too is a psychological reflection of SELF’s sub-conscious state. This journey is documented in Chapter 3 of Mahabharata titled “Arjuna obtains the Celestial Weapons”. Below is the excerpt from “Mahabharata (abridged)” by Kisari Mohan Ganguli. It’s a bit long but you will find it fascinating. As usual, meanings of names are presented for easy understanding for the reflection within. I have also added relevant Quranic verses and my understandings by dividing the story into six sub-sections.

14.3.1 The begining

Quest for true understanding begins when fasting realized within or failure of body to repair itself is recognized or physical discomfort/disease. At this juncture, Arjuna intelligence looks for an exit and a sincere quest to control senses and enlightenment sets in. His quest turns the world to smoking darkness as he delves within when fasting Ramadan is the reality.

Q [56:79] None can grasp it except the sincere.

Mahabharata: The Pandavas five brothers, pale spent many years in the forest, and it was difficult for Bhima strength to tolerate the life of an ascetic. He would sometimes contemplate killing all of the Kurus doers at once, but his brother Yudhisthira righteousness would always pacify him and tell him that it was not the opportune time to fulfill their desires. The Pandavas lived peacefully in the forest and received knowledge from many sages and saintly persons. One day the great sage Vyasa Married came and informed the Pandavas that many generals had agreed to take up Duryodhana's hard to conquer cause, such as Karna hearing, Shakuni well spoken, Bhurishravas abundant glory, Sala large gathering room, Drona tree, vessel made of tree and even grandfather Bhishma grudge. He told Arjuna intelligence that if he were to fight in a future war, he would have to obtain the divine astras of Lord Indra senses and Lord Shiva light. After the departure of Vyasa, Yudhisthira ordered Arjuna to go to the Himalayan cold house Mountains to perform austerities to please Lord Shiva.

Arjuna did as he was told and headed for the Himalayan Mountains Sacred Mosque. When Arjuna entered a forest at the base of Mount Himavat ice like death, he saw that it was devoid of human beings; however, he could hear the sounds of conches and drums from the heavens. He soon passed through many woody regions until he came to the peak of

43 www.scripturesAndI.com Mount Himavat. He stayed there for some time in that opulent region. Beautiful birds abounded everywhere, and the rivers were the color of Lapis Lazuli. When Arjuna saw the beauty of that heavenly place Al Aqusa, he was pleased at heart. It was there that he decided to perform austerities and worship Lord Shiva light. In the beginning of his austerities, he ate withered leaves that fell from the trees Q 7:22. For the first month he also ate fruits every three days. In the second month he ate fruits every sixth day and in the third month every fortnight. When the fourth month came, that best of the Bharatas messengers began to subsist on air alone fasting. With his arms upraised and standing on his tiptoes, he continued his austerities. The illustrious hero's matted locks took on the color of lightning due to his severe austerities. Then all the rishis enlightened, suffering from the heat of Arjuna's tapasya meditation, went to Lord Shiva and complained, "O god of gods, we do not know the reason why the son of Kunti changes side is performing these severe austerities. He is, however, causing us pain. Heated by his asceticism, the world is smoking darkness in all directions."

Fig 14.16: Arjuna on his toes and hands upward for divine Astras of Indra and Shiva

14.3.2 Self reflection begins:

Self notices Phalguna Red, reddish, Adamah, red clay within own existence body. Shiva shankara, intermix is revealed from Rudra violent, anger within. Arjuna asks for Pashupata animal pages, scripture Ashtra to know SELF identity to defeat Bhishma grudge, Drona horseplay bucket, Kripa mercy and Karna hearing.

Q [25:44] Do you think that most of them hear, or understand? They are just like animals; no, they are far worse.

Q 95:4-5 We created man in the best design. Then turned him into the lowliest of the lowly.

Mahabharata: "Do not lament over the austerities of Phalguna red, reddish," Lord Shiva replied. "Cheerfully return to your ashramas. I know the desire of Arjuna's heart. His

44 www.scripturesAndI.com wish is not for heaven, nor for prosperity, nor for a long life. I will fulfill the desire for which he has come here."

Lord Shiva then took the form of Kirata barbarian, mountain tribe, an inhabitant of the mountainous regions, and along with Uma fame, night, splendour, who also took the form of a Kirata woman, went to see Arjuna intelligence. They were accompanied by many other Kirata women. Upon Lord Shiva's arrival in that region the sylvan deities became silent. Even the birds did not chirp. As he was approaching Arjuna, a demon named Muka mouth, taking the form of a boar wild pig, sought to kill Arjuna. Arjuna immediately took up his Gandiva smelly bow and a number of arrows resembling snakes of virulent poison. He then addressed the boar, "I have not come here to harm you, but you seek to slay me. Therefore, I must send you for judgment in Yamaraja's king of death abode."

Beholding Arjuna about ready to kill the boar, Lord Shiva ordered, "Do not kill this boar for I have aimed at it first!" However, Arjuna disregarded that order and shot the boar. The Kirata also let loose his arrow at the same time, and both arrows hit the boar, resounding like Indra's thunderbolt. When the boar was hit, it gave up its life assuming the original form of a Rakshasa demon.

Seeing the Kirata before him, Arjuna inquired, "Who are you, and who are all these women surrounding you? O thou who has the splendor of gold, are you not afraid of this terrible forest? Why have you shot this boar that I aimed at first? This Rakshasa was seeking to slay me, and therefore I have released my arrow. You have not acted according to hunting codes, and therefore, I challenge you."

"O hero," Lord Shiva replied, "you should not be anxious on my account. This forest is the proper abode of those who inhabit mountainous regions. I would inquire, however, as to why you have chosen this region amidst such difficulties?"

"Depending on the Gandiva bow and arrows like blazing fire," Arjuna said, "I live in this great forest like a second wind god. You have seen how I have killed this Rakshasa, who took the form of a boar."

"I shot this boar first," the Kirata adamantly stated, "and it was my arrow that killed the boar. You are proud of your strength, and it behooves you not to attribute your faults to others. You are at fault, O wretch, and therefore, you will not escape with your life."

Hearing these challenging words, Arjuna released his deadly arrows. Then both of those mighty warriors began to release showers of arrows at each other. Lord Shiva stood unmoved by Arjuna's arrows. Seeing his arrows ineffective, Arjuna exclaimed, "Excellent! Excellent! Alas, this mountaineer, dwelling on the heights of Himavat, has born the arrows of the Gandiva bow. Who is he? Is he Shiva himself or some other demigod, Yaksha diminishing breath or demon? The gods sometimes descend on the heights of Himavat. Except for Lord Shiva there is none who can bear the infinite arrows shot from the Gandiva. However, never mind who he is, I will slay him this moment." Arjuna then released hundreds and thousands of arrows, but soon his quiver became depleted, and he became alarmed. He began to think, "Alas, my arrows are all exhausted. What shall I shoot now? I shall slay him with the end of my bow."

Arjuna then dragged the Kirata by the bowstring and beat him repeatedly and the sounds were like thunderbolts. However, the Kirata snatched the bow from Arjuna's hands.

45 www.scripturesAndI.com Arjuna then took out his sword and ran at the Kirata to kill him. The Kuru prince, with the full force of his arms, brought that mighty sword down upon the Kirata's dazzling crown. As soon as it touched the crown, it shattered into hundreds of pieces. Enraged, Arjuna threw trees and rocks and finally began to beat the Kirata with his clenched fists. Lord Shiva, in the form of the Kirata, returned Arjuna's blows, and the combined sounds were frightening. Arjuna finally clasped the mighty Kirata in his arms and began to squeeze him with all his might. However, the Kirata also pressed Arjuna to his chest and Arjuna, whose body was weakening, fell to the ground senseless.

Arjuna soon regained consciousness and began to mentally worship Lord Shiva. He mentally offered a garland, and when he looked up he saw that the garland was on the crown of the Kirata. He then understood that the Kirata was Lord Shiva SELF, and overwhelmed with joy, Arjuna fell at his feet. Lord Shiva was satisfied with Arjuna and said, "O Phalguna red, reddish, I am pleased with you, for no one can rival your prowess. There is no kshatriya rule or authority who is equal to you in courage and patience. O sinless one, your strength and prowess almost equal mine. Behold me, O bull of the Bharata message race. I will grant you eyes to see my true form. Without doubt you will defeat your enemies, including those in heaven. I have been pleased with you and will grant you an irresistible weapon."

Prostrating himself true enlightenment before Lord Shiva light, Arjuna said, "O Mahadeva great god, sub-conscious SELF, O Rudra anti Shiva, O bearer of the trident, you are the foremost of all male beings. I bow down to you. O illustrious Sankara intermix, it behooves you to pardon my fault. It was to obtain your sight that I came to this mountain to perform austerities. I have worshiped you to obtain your grace. Please do not regard my impudence as a fault. I seek your protection; pardon me for all the offenses I have committed."

Lord Shiva then took the hands of Arjuna into his and smilingly said, "I have pardoned you. In your former life you were Nara Adam, the friend of Narayana righteousness, the Supreme Lord of lords, the upholder of this universe. O lord, taking up your fierce bow, whose twang resembled the deep roar of thunder, you, as well as Lord Krishna, chastised the demons at the coronation of Indra senses. This Gandiva bow, O son of Pritha soil, earth, is fit for your hands. I have forcibly taken it from you with the help of my powers of illusion. Your two quivers will again provide you with infinite arrows. Your body will be free from pain and disease and no enemy will defeat your prowess. O chastiser of the foes, there is not a being, even in heaven, equal to you, nor is there any Kshatriya authority on earth your equal. Please, ask me for a boon."

"O illustrious god," Arjuna said, "if you will grant me any desire, then I request your pasupata animal pages, scripture astra weapon, meaning by which I may obtain victory in battle over Bhishma, Drona, Kripa and Karna."

14.3.3 Scripture revealed:

The creator, Mahadeva, taught Arjuna the details of Pasupata Ashtra thus purified him. Once equipped and purified, Shiva instructed Arjuna to go to Heaven for get other weapons from gods. While contemplating on heaven, he met Varuna, Kuvera, Yamaraja, Indra, Sachi and other gods. He saw Indra was being

46 www.scripturesAndI.com eulogized by ascetic rishis enlightened and Gandharvas bad smelly. Arjuna is reminded himself of being NaraAdam in first life before descending into chaos.

Q [2:35] We said, "O Adam, live with your wife in Paradise, and eat therefrom generously, as you please, but do not approach this tree, lest you sin."

Q [3:14] Adorned for the people are the worldly pleasures, such as the women, having children, piles upon piles of gold and silver, trained horses, livestock, and crops. These are the materials of this world. A far better abode is reserved at GOD.

Mahabharata: "O powerful one," Shankara Shiva replied, "I will give to you my favorite weapon called the pasupata astra. O son of Pandu pale, bloodless, you are capable of holding, hurling, and withdrawing it. Neither Indra senses, nor Yamaraja king of death, nor Kuvera bad fence, nor Varuna to surround, nor Vayu wind have access to this weapon. Therefore, how could ordinary mortals know of it? However, O son of Pritha soil, this weapon should not be hurled without adequate cause; for if hurled at an inferior enemy, it may destroy the whole universe. In the three worlds there is no one who cannot be slain by this weapon. It can be hurled by the mind, by the eye, by words, and by the bow."

Arjuna then purified himself and requested Lord Shiva, "Please instruct me how to use this weapon." Mahadeva great God then instructed Arjuna in every detail of the weapon. The pasupata astra scripture then began to serve Arjuna as it previously did Lord Shiva. After Arjuna received this foremost weapon, the whole earth trembled, and the sounds of conches, drums, and trumpets could be heard in all directions. The heavenly gods and demons then beheld the marvelous weapon in its embodied form by the side of Arjuna. Then Lord Shiva touched Arjuna and whatever inauspicious things had been in his body disappeared.

Lord Shiva then instructed Arjuna, "Go to heaven and obtain the weapons of the other devas." Arjuna then worshiped Lord Shiva; and the three eyed deity, along with with his wife Parvati Mountain, ascended into the heavens.

Arjuna was overjoyed at having been benedicted by Lord Shiva, and he thought, "O, I have been favored by the three eyed Hara. I shall certainly obtain success. My enemies have already been defeated. My purposes have been achieved."

While Arjuna was contemplating the mercy of Lord Shiva, suddenly signs, Varuna, the god of the waters, appeared before him, dazzling with effulgence. Also Kuvera, with a body resembling pure gold, appeared on the scene. Next to come was Yamaraja, the lord of justice. He was accompanied by the Pitris. At that moment Indra also appeared, along with his wife Sachi owned by senses. They were riding on the celestial elephant Airavata white elephant of the clouds. Indra was being eulogized by ascetic rishis enlightened and Gandharvas bad smelly. Other heavenly gods also appeared to bestow benedictions upon Arjuna.

After all had arrived, Yamaraja king of death spoke to Arjuna, "Behold the protectors of the world psychological world by Brahamma assembled here. We will grant you special vision to behold us. In your former life first life you were Nara Adam, who possessed infinite power. At the command of Brahma you have been born among men. O sinless one we all are angelic, it will be you who vanquishes the great Bhishma in battle. You will defeat all the kshatriyas

47 www.scripturesAndI.com commanded by the son of Bharadwaja message carrier, Drona. There have been many demons born among men, and you shall destroy them all to establish religious principles. O Dhananjaya, O son of the Kuru race, you shall slay Karna, who is a portion of my father, Surya. O Phalguna, your achievements will earn you lasting fame in this world. You have gratified the invincible Mahadeva in battle. You shall, with Vishnu Himself, lighten the burden of the earth. Please accept my personal weapon, the mace the sperm, the origin or creation, which cannot be baffled by any warrior." The son of Pritha then received that weapon from Yamaraja along with the mantras for hurling and withdrawing it.

Then Varuna ocean of misery, the lord of all watery creatures, benedicted Arjuna, "O son of Pritha, you are the foremost of kshatriyas. Behold me; I am Varuna, the god of the waters. Accept from me the Varuna nooses running knot, which cannot be counteracted. With these, O hero, I have in the past seized and tied up thousands of Daityas (demons) in battle. Even Yamaraja himself could not escape this weapon. With these nooses in hand, the battlefield will become destitute of warriors."

After Varuna and Yamaraja had given away their celestial weapons, Kuvera, the lord of heavenly treasures, spoke to Arjuna, "O son of Pandu, O thou of great might and wisdom, I, too, have become pleased with you. Meeting you gives me as much pleasure as meeting Lord Krishna. O wielder of the Gandiva bow, you were in a previous life the great Nara Adam, possessed of ascetic splendor. Please accept my personal weapon by which you will be able to consume the ranks of Duryodhana. This favorite weapon of mine is called antardhana retreat within, which is capable of putting your enemy to sleep. Endowed with the dignity of Meru, you are competent to hold this weapon." After Kuvera had benedicted Arjuna, Indra, the king of heaven spoke, "O mighty armed son of Kunti, you are an ancient god of yore. O repressor of the foe, you have yet to accomplish the purpose of the demigods. You must first ascend to heaven. I have prepared my own chariot with Matali drunk, unconscious as its driver. It will soon ascend to earth and take you to my abode. There I will bestow upon you all my celestial weapons."

Beholding the protectors of the worlds psychological superiority and sufferings assembled together, Arjuna was struck with wonder. He worshiped them with sweet words, water and fruits. After benedicting Arjuna with various weapons needed to defeat the demons, the heavenly lords returned to their abodes. Arjuna was filled with joy and regarded himself as one favored by providence and crowned with success.

14.3.4 Ascend to Heaven

Ascend is the self reflection of whereabouts in sub-conscious life lead by senses. Arjuna understands the six angels as the six phases before the seventh – hell or paradise. He meets Lomasa rishi – the dark self. He understands Nara Adam and Narayana Nara’s path, reflection of paradise and their counter entities, Krishna and Arjuna, on earth. Arjuna Nara, Phalguni, Adam also realized how he was pushed to earth from paradise. Arjuna turned to eunuch genderless, Shiva upon realization reflection.

Mahabharata: As Arjuna was thinking of the heavenly realm, suddenly, the heavens illumined and Indra's chariot appeared in the sky dividing the clouds. That chariot was traveling at such speed that one could hardly mark its progress. Drawn by ten thousand horses, that golden chariot, filled with the most powerful weapons, descended to the spot

48 www.scripturesAndI.com where Arjuna was sitting. Matali intoxicated, drunk stepped down from the chariot and requested, "O son of Indra, your father wishes to see you. Please ascend this celestial chariot, and I will take you to the heavenly realm. You will return after obtaining all the celestial weapons."

"O Matali intoxicated, drunk," Arjuna replied, "Even kings of great prosperity, who have performed great sacrifices, are not competent to ride on this chariot. He, who does not possess ascetic merit, will not be able to see or touch this chariot. After you have ascended it and calmed the horses, I will attempt to sit in it like an unworthy man stepping on the high road to honesty."

Before ascending the chariot, Arjuna bathed in the Ganges and purified himself same as Prophet Muhammad by his daily offering of prayers. He bid farewell to Mount Himavat Al Aqusa and then ascended the chariot. The Kuru prince, looking like a second Indra himself, then coursed through the firmament to Indraloka. After he had become invisible to mortal eyes, he beheld thousands of celestial airplanes of extraordinary beauty. And in that region there was no creation vanished sun or moon or fire to give light. The light generated was from that of ascetic merit. And those brilliant stars seen from earth, so small in consequence, though actually very large, were seen by Arjuna full of beauty, effulgence and blazing with splendor. There he beheld royal sages crowned with ascetic merit, and heroes who had attained heaven by yielding their lives in battle. There were also those who had attained heaven by severe austerities. Arjuna also saw Gandharvas smelly, with bodies blazing like the sun in hell, and Guhyakas cave dwellers, Rishis enlightened and Apsaras angels.

Beholding those self-effulgent regions, Arjuna became filled with wonder and inquired about them from Matali. Matali replied, "These, O son of Pritha, are virtuous persons stationed in their respective places according to their karma. It is these, O exalted one, that you have seen on earth as stars idols." Then Arjuna saw at the gates of Indraloka the victorious elephant Airavata, which possessed four tusks four days of sinless appearance and resembled Mount Kailasa crystal. After entering the gate, Arjuna followed that path that only the most pious persons were able to follow. Endowed with lotus petal eyes, the celebrated Arjuna finally beheld Amaravati ever living, the city of Indra.

The city was indeed dazzling in all its splendor. It was the resort of the siddhas accomplished and charanas poets. It was adorned with flowers of every season and trees of every kind. Arjuna also beheld the Nandakanana gardens, which were the favorite place of the Apsaras angels. Fragrant breezes carried the scent of different kinds of flowers. The region was such that none who had not performed austerities could see it. It was a region for the pious alone. It was not for those who turned their back in battle, who had not performed sacrifices, or practiced rigid vows, or who were without Vedic knowledge, or who had not bathed in sacred waters. And none were competent to visualize that remarkable city who had disturbed sacrifices in a previous life, who drank intoxicating liquors, who committed adultery with their preceptor's wife, or who were eaters of meat, or who were wicked.

As Arjuna entered the celestial city, he saw thousands of flower airplanes driven by the most beautiful persons. The Apsaras and the Gandharvas began to praise Arjuna. Benedictions were poured upon him, accompanied by the sounds of celestial music. Indra welcomed his son by embracing him and smelling his head out of affection. He made Arjuna sit on his exalted seat, and taking his handsome face in his perfumed hands which

49 www.scripturesAndI.com bore the mark of the thunderbolt, he glanced again and again at Arjuna's handsome features. Indra and Arjuna appeared like the sun source of fire/heat and moon reflection seated on that most opulent throne. Then the Gandharvas headed by Tumburu you are better played music, and the heavenly maidens Ghritachi full of water, Menaka born of the mind, Rambha banana tree, Purvachitti first warning, Swayamprabha self shine or knowledgeable, Urvasi sexual and others by the thousands began to dance for the pleasure of Indra and Arjuna. These women had eyes formed like lotus petals and could entice the hearts of even great ascetics. They had slim waists, large hips, large breasts and casting their beautiful eyes in all directions, they could steal any man's heart. In this way Indra showed Arjuna the opulences of Amaravati one by one.

Arjuna stayed with his father for some time in the heavenly planets. Indra instructed Arjuna how to use various weapons, including the thunderbolt weapon which Indra had used to slay Vritrasura turning to demon. After receiving all the celestial weapons, Arjuna remembered his brothers with great affection and thought of returning to them. However, Arjuna stayed a full five years in the heavenly planets due to Indra's desire. At Indra's request, Arjuna learned the art of dancing and music from Chitrasena pictured/reflected solider, the Gandharva. This particular science of music and dance was unknown in the earthly regions. Nonetheless, even after obtaining the different weapons and sciences of music and dance, Arjuna was unhappy, wanting to return to his brothers and his wife Draupadi farm foot.

One day, Indra, thinking that Arjuna was attracted to Urvasi, told Chitrasena reflected/pictured solider to go to Urvasi and request her to satisfy Arjuna's desire. When Urvasi heard that Arjuna was attracted to her, she was pleased and said, "Seeing the good qualities of this best among men, I will bestow my favor upon him. I will be happy to choose Arjuna for a lover."

When the twilight had come and the moon was illuminating the dark sky, Urvasi went to the Palace of Arjuna. Her braids of hair were decked with flowers and she looked extremely beautiful. Her graceful features, her charm, the motions of her eyebrows, her soft accents, and her moon-like face contained all the power of Cupid's arrow. As she proceeded, her full, finely tapering bosoms decked with a chain of gold and smeared with sandalwood and perfumed oil, trembled. Her thighs were faultlessly shaped, and the abode of the god of love. Her hips were high and fair. Being decked with very thin transparent attire, her body was able to shake the very sainthood of most ascetic sages. Exhilarated with liquor she had taken and filled with sensual desire, she approached Arjuna's quarters.

The doorkeeper informed Arjuna of her arrival, and she was allowed in. When Arjuna saw her thus attired, he closed his eyes from modesty and offered her respectful words of worship. Not understanding Arjuna's intention, she tried to entice him with sweet words, "O thou of fairest complexion, I have been sent here by Indra himself. Please satisfy my desire, your desire, and the desire of your father. O slayer of the foes, my heart has become attracted by your virtues, and I am already under the influence of the god of love."

Arjuna was overcome with bashfulness. and covering his ears with his hands, he said, "O blessed lady, please do not speak to me in this way, for you are certainly equal to the wife of a superior. Even as my mother, Kunti, or Sachi, the wife of Indra, are to be worshiped, so are you to be worshiped. There is no doubt of this. It is true that I had given you my

50 www.scripturesAndI.com attention, but there was a reason for this. I remembered reflected on his exit from paradise that you Urvasi were the mother of the Kuru doers race, having taken Puru residence for your husband. O blessed Apsara, it behooves you not to entertain any other feelings towards me, for you are my superior, being the mother of my dynasty."

"O son of Indra," Urvasi replied, "Apsaras are free and unconfined in their choice of mate. You should not, therefore, look upon me as a superior. The sons and grandsons of the Puru race have come here in consequence of their ascetic merit and have sported with us without incurring sin. Therefore, O hero, do not send me away. I am burning with desire."

"Truly I tell you," Arjuna said, "that you are as a mother to me. Therefore, I bow my head before you and prostrate myself at your feet. You deserve worship as a mother, and I ask that you protect me as a son."

Being rejected by Arjuna, Urvasi was extremely angry. Trembling with rage and contracting her eyebrows, she cursed Arjuna saying, "Since I have come here on your father's order and since I am burning with the shafts of love, I curse you become impotent and pass your time among females as a dancer and scorned as a eunuch." Her lips still quivering in anger, Urvasi then returned to her abode.

When Indra heard how Arjuna had rejected Urvasi, he embraced his son and said, "O best of beings, having obtained thee as a son, Pritha, today has truly become a blessed mother. O mighty armed one, you have vanquished even rishis by your patience and self control. Do not be disturbed by the curse of Urvasi. It will benefit you in your last year of exile when you have to pass that time unknown to men. It is at that time that you will suffer the curse of Urvasi. After that final year has ended, you will again achieve your power of manhood." Arjuna was pleased to hear how the curse was a benediction and ceased to think of it any longer.

One day the great sage, Lomasa hairy, lost, came to the court of Indra and saw Arjuna sitting on the throne with his father. Lomasa wondered what austerities this earthly person had performed to sit on the same throne as Indra. While Lomasa was thinking in this way, Indra informed him, "O brahmarishi encapsulated by psychological world, I know what is passing through your mind. However, this one is no mortal, although he has taken his birth among men. This mighty armed hero is my son, born of Kunti. He has come here in order to obtain celestial weapons. Do you not recognize him as the ancient rishi, Nara, of the highest merit? Listen to me, O brahmana, as I tell you who he is, and why he has come here. Those ancient Rishis, Nara and Narayana, have descended on Earth as Krishna in darkness and Arjuna devoid of intelligence. They will accomplish their mission of establishing religious principles, and lightening the burden of the earth. Also, there are certain asuras, known as Nivatakavachas life destroyer holder, ocean of sufferings, who are proud of a boon they have acquired. Even now they are planning to destroy the heavenly regions. Due to a benediction they have received, they cannot be killed by the denizens of heaven. Only Lord Vishnu or Arjuna is capable of slaying them. However, the slayer of Madhu sweetness should not be requested to kill them when the task is insignificant. Arjuna is competent to encounter them all; and after slaying them in battle, he will return to the world of men. My dear rishi enlightened, please descend to earth and find Yudhisthira in the forest of Kamyaka desire filled. Inform him that he should not be anxious about Phalguna red, reddish, flesh and blood, for he will return to earth a proficient master of weapons. Without these weapons he will not be able to conquer Bhishma and Drona in battle. Also inform him

51 www.scripturesAndI.com that he should go on pilgrimage and bathe in the different holy rivers to cleanse himself of any desire for material attraction. Then the fever of his heart will abate. O foremost brahmana, it behooves you to guide and protect him on his pilgrimage through the earth. Fierce Rakshasas live in the mountains and rugged steppes. Please protect the king from those cannibals." After Mahendra (Indra) had humbly requested Lomasa in this way, the sage descended to the earthly to find that saintly king, Maharaja Yudhisthira.

Meanwhile, Narada Muni silent had already gone to the Kamyaka desire goddess forest to pay a visit to the godly Yudhisthira. When Yudhisthira requested Narada to describe the merits of going on pilgrimage to the different holy places, Narada then described in detail all the holy places, sacred rivers and ashrams of saintly sages. After hearing the glories of all the pilgrimage sites and while the brothers were discussing the idea of going on pilgrimage, Lomasa, on the order of Indra, appeared before them. He related all messages from Indra and Arjuna. He advised them not to worry about Arjuna, since he was under Indra's care in the heavenly realm. He told them how Arjuna was faring, and how he had obtained all the celestial weapons from Lord Shiva, Indra, Kuvera and Varuna. He told Yudhisthira that after Arjuna had finished his business in the heavenly planets, Indra would return him to their association. Lomasa informed the Pandavas of Indra's desire that they should go on pilgrimage and perform austerities. Lomasa instructed Yudhisthira about the necessity for austerity, because that allows one to fulfill ones desires. He then offered to guide them to all the holy spots. Agreeing with the proposals, the Pandavas began their travels and visited all the important holy tirthas in Bharatavarsha year of the message or year of the elephant.

14.3.5 Scriptureless outcome

Without the Pasupata Ashtra use of intelligence and scripture, Pandavas pale brothers are headed by Lomasa to holy place of religious doctrine Prabhasa. Religious ascetic practices without understanding of the message are not enough, the sons of Dhritarastra holder of the kingdom are always to be blamed and the journey to sacred holy places of Bharatavarsha year of the message to continue reincarnation.

Q [7:166] When they continued to defy the commandments, we said to them, "Be you despicable apes Lomasa."

When the Pandavas, headed by Lomasa hairy, reached the holy place of Prabhasa religious doctrine, Yudhisthira engaged himself in ascetic practices for twelve days, subsisting only on air and water. He performed ablutions for many days and nights and surrounded himself with fire. Thus that greatest of all virtuous men engaged himself in asceticism. While he was practicing these needed austerities, news reached Lord Krishna darkness and Balarama forced exalted that Yudhisthira righteousness, steady in war was nearby. Those two leaders of the Vrishni cloud, angry, religious heresy race, accompanied by their troops, came to see Yudhisthira. When the Vrishnis beheld the sons of Pandu pale, bloodless in ascetic dress, their bodies smeared with dirt, due to lying on the ground, they were beside themselves with grief. They could not refrain themselves from lamentation. When Yudhisthira saw the arrival of the Vrishnis, he paid them honor as far as his means would allow. That pious king, whose determination was so great that no misfortune could cast him down, was overjoyed to see Lord Krishna and Balarama. At the request of the Vrishnis, King

52 www.scripturesAndI.com Yudhisthira recounted the mischievous acts of the Kurus during the vicious gambling match. He also told them of their adventures in forest life and how Arjuna had gone to the heavenly planets. When the Vrishnis saw the Pandavas so exceedingly lean, they could not check their tears, which spontaneously flowed from their eyes.

When Balarama forced exalted, whose hue resembled milk, the Kunda fire pit flower, the moon, silver and lotus root, saw the condition of the Pandavas, He spoke to His brother Lord Krishna, "O Krishna, I do not see that the practice of virtue leads to any beneficial result, or that the practice of irrelligious activities can cause suffering, when Yudhisthira, the virtuous, is living in such a miserable state, and Duryodhana is now ruling the earth. It would seem to a person of limited vision that a vicious course of life is preferable to a virtuous one. When Duryodhana hard to conquer is in a flourishing state and Yudhisthira is suffering thus, what should people think of this matter? This is the doubt that is perplexing all men."

Replying to the inquiry of Lord Balarama, Satyaki is it true?, the commander in chief of the Yadus ’s, replied, "O Rama exalted, let us do what is proper and suited to the present occasion. Although Yudhisthira does not say a word, let us look after his welfare as Saivya social, cultured and others did for Yayati winner. When the sons of Pritha soil have for their patrons, Rama exalted and Krishna, Pradyumna pleasant, Samba Krishna’s horse and myself, why should the sons of Pritha be living in the forest? It is certainly fitting that this very day the army of the Vrishnis should march against the sons of Dhritarastra holder of the kingdom and send them to the abode of death."

"O scion of the Madhu honey race," Lord Krishna replied, "no doubt what you say is true. However, this bull of the Bharata message race would never accept sovereignty of the world unless it were won by the prowess of his own arms. When we put forth our united strength, the enemies of Yudhisthira will be annihilated."

"It is not incorrect," Yudhisthira said, "that you (Satyaki) should speak in this way. However, O scion of the Madhu race, truth is the first consideration above my sovereign power. It is Krishna who knows precisely my heart, and I am fortunate to also know His heart. As soon as Krishna perceives that the time has come for feats of heroism, then He, who possesses beautiful hair, will direct us to defeat Duryodhana. Let all the brave men of the Vrishni race return to Dvaraka. We shall be united when the opportune time has come."

Thus after mutual greeting and after offering obeisances to each other, the valiant men of the Yadu magic dynasty and the Pandavas departed. Having offered due respect to Lord Krishna, the Pandavas continued their journey to the sacred holy places of Bharatavarsha year of the message.

14.4 Journey alignment - Quran and Mahabharata

Not sure if been able to follow through both the accounts of the journey to heavens in Quran and Mahabharata. Due to difference in scripture languages, Arabic and Sanskrit, and the entities used, it may be a bit difficult at first. But if you dwell on the concepts based on scriptural maps and what discussed till now, it will reason well. To put the

53 www.scripturesAndI.com journeys to perspective, let’s first analyze the entities and align them. Then, we will place them in sequence with entities from both scriptures.

• Al Masjid Al Haraam Sacred Mosque or Himalayan icy/cold Residence Mountain: Sacred Mosque in Quran is the sub-conscious flow of human life where design of human life is obscure hidden. One has to come out of it reflect to realize it. This design has two Peaks Mountains, Q 17.4 or two lives or two stages of arrogance. By design, all humans are destined to follow the sub-conscious journey due to our pride in many aspects; SELF identity second to none, act as God beside to God, appear as angels and assume to live for eternity and material ownership for superiority among many. These two phases are also called as dead icy/cold, sub-concious allegorically Q 6:36 though we are breathing.

Q [17:4] We addressed the Children of Israel in the scripture: "You will commit gross evil on earth, twice. You are destined to fall into great heights of arrogance.

Q [6:36] The only ones to respond are those who listen. GOD resurrects the dead; they ultimately return to Him.

• Al Aqusa farthest place of prostration or Mount Himavati icy/cold owner: Mount Himavati or Al Aqusa is the farthest place to reach yet a blink of an eye away. It’s where we come out of the model of superiority and question our SELF existence. This mount has a base hell and a peak which is blessed. Sounds of heaven can only be realized at the base. However, all these entities reside in a single plain in different psychophysical layers; from Hell within to surrounding creation to psychological heavens above the lower heaven crafted by Indra senses.

Mahabharata: Arjuna did as he was told and headed for the Himalayan Mountains Sacred Mosque. When Arjuna entered a forest at the base of Mount Himavat ice owners death, he saw that it was devoid of human beings; however, he could hear the sounds of conches and drums from the heavens. He soon passed through many woody regions until he came to the peak of Mount Himavat. He stayed there for some time in that opulent region. Beautiful birds abounded everywhere, and the rivers were the color of Lapis Lazuli. When Arjuna saw the beauty of that heavenly place Al Aqusa, he was pleased at heart.

Q [17:1-7] Most glorified is the One who summoned His servant during the night laylatul Qadr, or night of reflection, from the Sacred Masjid Al Masjid Al Haraam to the farthest place of prostration Al Masjid Al Aqsa, whose surroundings we have blessed, in order to show him some of our signs signs to Pharaoh 20:23.

• Arjuna as Phalguna Red, reddish or SELF/intelligence as Adam: Adam is derived from the word “Adamah” Hebrew which means “Red Clay”. This entity is our physiological existence body which is made out of flesh and blood. Once value of our body is realized enlightenment begins to set in. Kirata barbarian, mountaineers, Uma fame night, splendor and Muka mouth, words all comes to light. The fight for self survival is realized in reflection.

54 www.scripturesAndI.com Q [7:74] "Recall that He made you inheritors after `Aad, and established you on earth, building mansions in its valleys, and carving homes from its mountains. You shall remember GOD's blessings, and do not roam the earth corruptingly."

Q [15:82] They used to carve secure homes out of the mountains.

• Mahadeva Great God, Pashupata Ashtra / Allah, scripture: Usually, the revelation Wahi and the journey to heavens are tied to Prophet Muhammad. However, in the Quranic verses, the name of Mohammed isn’t mentioned. Also, God used two Arabic words for Quran revelation. They are Nazil and Wahi. Though, translators used them interchangeable but in Quranic scripture context they are not the same. Nazil means “sent down” and “Wahi” means “inspired or understanding”. Interestingly, with respect to journey and scripture, Quran used the word “Wahi” not “Nazil”. This usage is in line with Mahabharata where Mahadeva teaches Arjuna himself Pashupata Ashtra weapon for SELF redemption.

Q [53:1-18] And the star guidance when desired. Not has strayed your companion and not has he erred. And not he speaks from the desire. Not it except a revelation wahyun in Arabic revealed yuha in Arabic. The might in power taught him. Possessor of soundness and he rose. And certainly HE saw event prior to this him another realization of Hell descent nazlatan in Arabic. Near sidrati cedar, firm, lote tree Muntaha utmost boundary, civilized. Near it Garden Jannatu of Abode mawa. When covered the Sidrati cedar, firm, lote tree what covers. Not swerved changed direction the sight and not it transgressed. Certainly he saw of signs of his Lord the greatest.

Mahabharata: Arjuna then purified himself and requested Lord Shiva, "Please instruct me how to use this weapon." Mahadeva great God then instructed Arjuna in every detail of the weapon. Then Lord Shiva Gabriel, strength of EL, life-force touched Arjuna and whatever inauspicious things Q 41.20 had been in his body disappeared.

Pashupata Ashtra: Q [7:171] We raised the mountain above them like an umbrella, and they thought it was going to fall on them: "You shall uphold what we have given you, strongly, and remember the contents thereof, that you may be saved."

Body - where all signs manifest: Q [41:20] Once they get there, their own hearing, eyes, and skins will bear witness to everything they had done.

55 www.scripturesAndI.com • The journey synopsis: Given the entities alignment, we can summarize the journey as follows. It is copied from section 14.2.2.2 with the addition of Mahabharata entities.

1. A reflection from Sacred Masjid/Himalayas to Al Aqusa Himavati followed by realization after age 40 sets in which takes us back to the initiation from a single sperm of our existence 2. The life, the misery, the physical death, and the design starts to unfold – the sacred mosque 3. SELF alliance with devil superiority becomes evident psychological shift. The scripture and the creation are brought to perspective. Healing resurrection, Lord Shiva, Gabriel begins 4. Heaven the cosmos and the earth begins to appear in a new light – scripture is revealed and the creator is realized 5. Adam/Phalguna is brought forth and paradise is realized with the creator being the king, the supreme and controller of all – merger of heaven and earth the creation

14.5 Heavens in Human Body

One of the amzing aspects of “six psychological heavens that reside over the lowest heaven” is also crafted in human body. The seventh heaven or Masjid Al Aqsa furthest place of prostration or the tree tree in hell (Fig 14.17) is closer than our imagination. You may be familiar with images of seven circles around Buddha (Fig 14.17) or an enlightened person. These seven circles are also within human body with heart being the center. They are depicted as six heavens in Quran, six chakras in human body, seven sections in Hindu temple, six sections in Tabernacle dwelling place, and Kabah in Mecca, Saudi structure. They all depict the SAME scriptural map human design within each of us and our journey in this incarnation for resurrection. We will look into each of them in detail to understand how they align, their source and the creator. I guess, you would agree that it’s statically impossible for books originated in regions separated by thousands of miles and thousands of years apart written in different languages paint a single message and the outcomes. To me, it’s without a doubt that they all must have been crafted by the one who knows who we are psychophysical, our actions and our destiny.

14.5.1 Seven Chakras and Hindu Temple

If you are a Hindu religion follower or someone who had interest in the religion or someone who is interested in Yoga or a subscriber to Yoga, may be familiar with seven chakras wheel (Fig 14.19, 14.20). You can find a lot of literature on them on internet or books. They are often painted as energy points or termed as life energy or others. I will

57 www.scripturesAndI.com not go into those details of those but will explain them in simplest terms and their relationship with scripture and human construct. To me, they paint our journey from birth to resurrection if understood or reincarnation not so clear, confronted. These seven human body chakras play the key role in the design and construction of the Hindu inner temples. You might know, Hindu temples have two sections; outer and inner. There also other temples that uses ten stages with relation to ten avatars of Vishnu. I will get into those details as well later.

14.5.1.1 Seven Chakras

These are phases Chakras or wheels in our life/living in sub-conscious reality. In this state, we are in between life concious and death psychological in a physical living body. Our body get’s matured over time as designed and at the same time our psychological superiority controls it. With our age, our psychological superiority gets stronger and stronger as we turn ourselves to unshakable individual religious/atheist identity without understanding our true SELF. This un-conscious life force at the beginning has higher physiological aspect than psychological. Later, our physiological forces decrease with increase in our psychological forces. It ends with sixth Chakra in between our eyes with two outcomes – outward Shahsrar, thousand – the seventh or inward remaining sixes. All chakras have symbols providing allegorical representation of what they are. Let’s go through a simple and brief descriptions followed by a tabular interpretation (Table 14.9).

• Muladhara: This chakra Wheel is located at the perineum, the space between the anal outlet and the genital organ. It is the most basic fundamental chakra in the body indicating living through food/energy and procreation. • Swadhishthana: This chakra is situated just above genital organ indicating our self identification of Male/Female. • Manipuraka: It is situated above the naval indicating our wealth. It can be all materialistic need to satisfy our ego or food and drink for optimum health and well being. • Anahat: It is situated in heart. It is played by two unexpected forces. • Vishuddhi: It’s situated in the throat. It is also played by two forces of purity depending on forces in Anahat. • Ajna: It’s located between the eyebrows. It’s where the third eye originates. • Sahasrara: It’s above the head. It’s where recovery of our body is impossible or one has crossed the “point of no return” for reincarnation.

14.5.1.2 Hindu Temple, the Chakras and human body

If you aren’t a subscriber of Hindu faith it’s highly likely that you are not aware of the fact that Hindu temples are designed and build based on human body, journey of our consciousness and division within our consciousness. I am not certain if all our Hindu friends are aware of it either. There are two types of temples I came across in my analysis; sub-conscious 7 chakras and conscious ten Vishnu avatars. However, both types can only be recognized in conscious state.

Temples (Fig 14.21, 14.22) with seven sections are divided into two quarters; outward and inward (Table 14.10, 14.11). In the outer part, there is only one tower known as “Go- puram”. It is synonymous to Tower of Babel confusion where “nothing makes sense”. In the inner part, there are five sub-sections. These five sub-sections are aligned with six Chakras within human body. The outer and inner is connected by a distance named as “Prakaram”. “Prakar-am” simply means “multiple efforts” or “bold advance” or “sincerity” in Sanskrit. In other words, one has to be sincere to get into the inner section to understand the mechanics of soul or “why things are the way they are”. The inner section and the Chakras also align with six phases of sub-conscious journey in Scriptural map (Fig 14.22) which begins at “Mula-Dhara” Root-flow.

Awakened Vishnu temples (Fig 14.24) align with 10 phases of Vishnu Avatars or Adam’s generation. These Ten are our psychophysical evolution with our age (Table 14.11). They exist on the heaven and the earth – the amazing ecosystem or the paradise. This Paradise is the basement Adhisthana, base for our body shown as the base the physical temple. It contains Garbhagriha house of pride pass the highest mount or “point of no return”. 65 www.scripturesAndI.com 14.5.2 Tabernacle – Portable Earthly dwelling place

Most religions followers except Jews and Christians Bible haven’t heard the term Tabernacle dwelling place or tent of congregation. It’s described as the “earthly dwelling place of the Lord Yahweh” built by Moses following his Exodus. Most people of Biblical followers or other religions aren’t even aware of the design and construction of the dwelling. The design of the place is based on Biblical verses, made of three distinct sections. The upper section holds the “Ark holder of the Covenant Testimony”. Current wisdom suggests that the Tabernacle was a physical construct and the Ark was a physical object. If you do your research, you will know that the Ark is missing for 3000 years and nobody knows its whereabouts. Isn’t that quite interesting?

Once we review the biblical verses, look at the construct, meaning of different sections of the temple and objects, it will be evident that the Tabernacle has no difference with a Hindu Temple, human body and journey of our consciousness soul. This finding will align the scriptural paradigm of East and mid-East. I think you will agree with me that it is practically impossible to have books in different languages separated by thousands of miles and thousands of years describing our dwelling in exact format. That conclusion also raises the possibility of a common source for those texts. As we review, we may also conclude that the aspect and wisdom built into that psycho-physical structure can not be of human orgin.

14.5.2.1 Biblical Verses and Tabernacle Design

Book of Exodus mentions the Tabernacle and it’s components in greater detail. I will present the verses related to the architecture and components without going into specfics about “Ark of the Covenant”. I will discuss that separately in a later sub-section. When the text is put into drawings, the Tabernacle looks like Fig 14.25.

• Book of Exodus - 26: The Tabernacle “Make the tabernacle with ten curtains of finely twisted linen and blue, purple and scarlet yarn, with cherubim woven into them by a skilled worker. 2 All the curtains are to be the same size—twenty-eight cubits long and four cubits wide.[a] 3 Join five of the curtains together, and do the same with the other five. 4 Make loops of blue material along the edge of the end curtain in one set, and do the same with the end curtain in the other set. 5 Make fifty loops on one curtain and fifty loops on the end curtain of the other set, with the loops opposite each other. 6 Then make fifty gold clasps and use them to fasten the curtains together so that the tabernacle is a unit.

7 “Make curtains of goat hair for the tent over the tabernacle—eleven altogether. 8 All eleven curtains are to be the same size—thirty cubits long and four cubits wide.[b] 9 Join five of the curtains together into one set and the other six into another set. Fold the sixth curtain double at the front of the tent. 10 Make fifty loops along the edge of the end curtain in one set and also along the edge of the end curtain in the other set. 11 Then make fifty bronze clasps and put them in the loops to fasten the tent together as a unit. 12 As for the additional length of the tent curtains,

66 www.scripturesAndI.com the half curtain that is left over is to hang down at the rear of the tabernacle. 13 The tent curtains will be a cubit[c] longer on both sides; what is left will hang over the sides of the tabernacle so as to cover it. 14 Make for the tent a covering of ram skins dyed red, and over that a covering of the other durable leather.[d]

15 “Make upright frames of acacia wood for the tabernacle. 16 Each frame is to be ten cubits long and a cubit and a half wide,[e] 17 with two projections set parallel to each other. Make all the frames of the tabernacle in this way. 18 Make twenty frames for the south side of the tabernacle 19 and make forty silver bases to go under them— two bases for each frame, one under each projection. 20 For the other side, the north side of the tabernacle, make twenty frames 21 and forty silver bases—two under each frame. 22 Make six frames for the far end, that is, the west end of the tabernacle, 23 and make two frames for the corners at the far end. 24 At these two corners they must be double from the bottom all the way to the top and fitted into a single ring; both shall be like that. 25 So there will be eight frames and sixteen silver bases—two under each frame.

26 “Also make crossbars of acacia wood: five for the frames on one side of the tabernacle, 27 five for those on the other side, and five for the frames on the west, at the far end of the tabernacle. 28 The center crossbar is to extend from end to end at the middle of the frames. 29 Overlay the frames with gold and make gold rings to hold the crossbars. Also overlay the crossbars with gold.

30 “Set up the tabernacle according to the plan shown you on the mountain.

31 “Make a curtain of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen, with cherubim woven into it by a skilled worker. 32 Hang it with gold hooks on four posts of acacia wood overlaid with gold and standing on four silver bases. 33 Hang the curtain from the clasps and place the ark of the covenant law behind the curtain. The curtain will separate the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place. 34 Put the atonement cover on the ark of the covenant law in the Most Holy Place. 35 Place the table outside the curtain on the north side of the tabernacle and put the lampstand opposite it on the south side.

36 “For the entrance to the tent make a curtain of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen—the work of an embroiderer. 37 Make gold hooks for this curtain and five posts of acacia wood overlaid with gold. And cast five bronze bases for them.

• Book of Exodus - 37: The Ark of the Covenant 37 Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood two and a half cubits[a] long, one and a half cubits[b] wide, and one and a half cubits[c] high. 2 He overlaid it with pure gold, inside and outside, and made a gold molding around it. 3 He cast four rings for it on its four feet, two rings on one side of it and two rings on its other side. 4 He made poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. 5 He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry[d] it.

6 He made a Mercy Seat of pure gold two and a half cubits[e] long and one and a half cubits[f] wide. 7 He made two cherubim of gold; he made them of hammered work at the two ends of the Mercy Seat. 8 One cherub was at one end and one cherub at the other end. He made the cherubim at the two ends of the Mercy Seat and of one

67 www.scripturesAndI.com piece with it. 9 The cherubim had their wings spread upward, covering the Mercy Seat with their wings and facing each other. The faces of the cherubim were turned toward the Mercy Seat.

• Book of Exodus - 37: The Table of Showbread 10 Then he made a table of acacia wood two cubits[g] long, one cubit[h] wide, and one and a half cubits[i] high. 11 He overlaid it with pure gold and put a gold molding around it. 12 He made a rim one handbreadth[j] wide around it, and made a gold molding around the rim. 13 He cast four gold rings for it and put the rings on the four corners where its four feet were. 14 The rings were close to the rim as holders for the poles to carry the table. 15 He made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold to carry the table. 16 He made the utensils which were on the table, its plates, dishes, bowls, and jars out of which libations are poured. He made them of pure gold.

• Book of Exodus - 37: The Lamp Stand 17 He made the lamp stand of pure gold. He made the lamp stand, its base, and stem of hammered work and its cups, calyxes, and flowers were of one piece with it. 18 Six branches extended from its sides, three branches of the lamp stand from one side of it, and three branches of the lamp stand from its other side. 19 Three cups shaped like almond blossoms with calyxes and flowers were on one branch and three cups shaped like almond blossoms with calyxes and flowers were on the other branch, and so on for the six branches extending from the lamp stand. 20 On the lamp stand itself there were four cups shaped like almond blossoms each with their calyxes and flowers. 21 A calyx was under the two branches that extended out of the stem;[k] a calyx was under the next pair of[l] branches that extended out of the stem;[m] and a calyx was under the last pair of[n] branches that extended out of the stem,[o] and so on for the six branches extending from the lamp stand. 22 Their calyxes and their branches were of one piece with it, all of it was of one piece of hammered work of pure gold. 23 He made its seven lamps, its tongs, and its trays from pure gold. 24 He made it and all of its furnishings from a talent[p] of pure gold.

• Book of Exodus - 37: The Altar for Incense 25 He made the altar for burning incense of acacia wood, a square, one cubit[q] long, one cubit[r] wide, and two cubits[s] high, with its horns of one piece with it. 26 He overlaid it with pure gold— its top, its sides all around, and its horns—and he made a gold molding around it. 27 He made two gold rings for it under its molding, on its two opposite sides, as holders for poles by which to carry it. 28 He made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. 29 And he made the holy anointing oil and the pure aromatic incense, the work of a perfumer.

The Drawing of Tabernacle consists of Three separate sections; Outer courtyard, Holy Place and Holy of Holies. There are six entities all together including the curtains in entrance of “Holy of Holies and “Holy Place”. There are two entities in the Outer courtyard. Below are the brief descriptions of them.

• Brazen Alter: Brazen means “to slay” and Altar means “High” in Latin. So, it’s the “high place for sacrifice/slaughter”. Its also known as “alter of Jehovah” I am. In it fire is burnt continuously and anything that touches this alter is sacrificed.

68 www.scripturesAndI.com • Laver: It means basin to hold water. The water is used for cleansing before entering the temple. • First Veil: It consists of three curtains. Allegorically, it’s the entry to human awakening. It’s the base where everything starts. • Table of Showbread: It contains 12 bread symbolizes 12 children of Israel. • Lampstand: It’s the golden candlestick comprises of seven lamps. The lamps are burnt continuously. • Altar of Incense: The golden altar of incense aroma or fragrance is burned morning and the evening. • Second Veil: It’s the barrier before getting to Ark of covenant. It consists of 4 curtains. • Ark of Covenant: It’s an artifact missing for 3000 plus years. Ark of the Covenant symbolizes covenant with God Yahweh and EL. It has two angels on the top of the “seat of mercy” looking down. Inside it has two tablets scriptures, a pot of Manna and a stick priest symbol, rebellious.

14.5.2.2 Alignment – Tabernacle, Hindu Temple, Human body and Human consciousness Now that we have laid out the Hindu Temple and Chakras in Human body (Fig 14.21), Human journey in scriptural map (Fig 14.23) and Tabernacle (Fig 14.25), do you see the alignment of entities portrayed within each of them? Let’s put the entities/objects in pictorial alignment and in tabular format (Table 14.13). Don’t they all represent the same

69 www.scripturesAndI.com aspect or replica to each other (Fig 14.26)? What’s the probability of this alignment of human journey and human body drawn exactly the same in cultures separated by language, distance and historical timing?

72 www.scripturesAndI.com 14.5.2.3 Ark holder of the Covenant testimony

Now that we have an alignment of the Tabernacle, Hindu temple, human body and the chakras, let’s now focus on the “Ark of the Covenant”. Given the scripture layout, question to ask, is it a physical object or a metaphysical? If you do your research, you will see, there are numerous articles and movies with biblical references on this object. One of the famous movie is “Raiders of the Lost Ark” played by Harrison Ford. Throughout history people did archeological expeditions based on biblical literature and geography but haven’t located the object. Below is the conclusion of 22 years of research on the Temple Mount in Israel by Leen Ritmeyer PhD.

The Ark and the future: To have found the former location of the Ark of the Covenant, so wonderfully preserved, was a totally unexpected conclusion to my 22 years of research on the Temple Mount. In recent years there has been a surge of interest in finding the actual Ark of the Covenant. According to the Book of Maccabees, Jeremiah hid the Ark on Mount Nebo in Jordan. A recent theory places the Ark in Ethiopia, while many rabbis believe that it is still hidden somewhere under the Temple Mount. This belief is mainly based on 1 Kings 8.8 "and they drew out the staves, that the end of the staves was seen out in the holy before the oracle, and they were not seen without: and they are there unto this day." "Unto this day" are supposed to be the key words which indicate that the Ark is still hidden today somewhere under the Temple Mount. A few years ago a group of rabbis did some illegal digging under the Temple Mount, which, not surprisingly caused considerable disturbance among the local Arab population.

Despite all the claims and expectations, however, nobody knows where the Ark of the Covenant actually is. Recently, while rereading the account in Numbers 3 concerning the responsibilities of the various Levitical families vis-a-vis the Tabernacle, we noticed in verse 30 of this chapter, that the name of the chief of the Kohathites, who was the first person to have the charge of the Ark of the Covenant, was called Elizaphan ben Uzziel. His name means "My God (El) has hidden" and he was the son of "My Strength is El." It is a comforting thought that if the Ark still exists and has a future role to play, then it must have been hidden with the knowledge of God himself and that it will be found only when it is in His purpose.

Given the outcome of the research and the conclusion of reference to “EL”, the creator, one may very well question, was the Ark a physical object or a psychophysical realization that has no existence outside human SELF. If you have gone though the previous chapters, you may have a hunch where I am leading to. Let’s look at that possibility. Let’s understand the various parts of the Ark, what they mean in scriptural paradigm and their references in Bible.

The Ark of the Covenant is a gold-covered wooden chest with a lid (Fig 14.27). Two Cherubim’s Angels are on the lid with their faces down and their wings covering the whole lid. The lid is known as “seat of Mercy”. The chest contains the two stone tablets, Aaron's rod and a pot of manna. Below are the biblical references for those objects. The Biblical reference regarding chest is in prior section.

73 www.scripturesAndI.com • Tablets: Exodus 25:16, "And you shall put into the ark the testimony which I shall give you." Exodus 31:18, "And when He had finished speaking with him upon Mount Sinai, He gave Moses the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written by the finger of God." Exodus 34:29, "And it came about when Moses was coming down from Mount Sinai (and the two tablets of the testimony were in Moses’ hand as he was coming down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because of his speaking with Him." Exodus 40:20, "Then he took the testimony and put it into the ark, and attached the poles to the ark, and put the mercy seat on top of the ark."

• Rod of Aaron Numbers 17:10, "But the Lord said to Moses, 'Put back the rod of Aaron before the testimony to be kept as a sign against the rebels, that you may put an end to their grumblings against Me, so that they should not die.'”

• Manna Exodus 16:33, "Moses said to Aaron, 'Take a jar and put an omerful of manna in it, and place it before the LORD to be kept throughout your generations.'" Exodus 16:35, "And the sons of Israel ate the manna forty years, until they came to an inhabited land; they ate the manna until they came to the border of the land of Canaan." Numbers 11:7-9, "Now the manna was like coriander seed, and its appearance like that of bdellium. 8 The people would go about and gather it and grind it between two millstones or beat it in the mortar, and boil it in the pot and make cakes with it; and its taste was as the taste of cakes baked with oil. 9 And when the dew fell on the camp at night, the manna would fall with it."

Fig 14.27: Ark of the Covenant and its artifacts

74 www.scripturesAndI.com The alignment of the objects, scripture and metaphysical realization are in Table 14.14 for better follow through. Holder Ark of the Testimony Covenant is in SELF and has no existence beyond SELF. It will be restored for those who are sincere in their pursuit for true understanding of scripture, SELF, and the creator.

Q [2:248] Their prophet said to them, "The sign of his kingship is that the Ark of the Covenant will be restored to you, bringing assurances from your Lord, and relics spoils of war left by the people of Moses and the people of Aaron. It will be carried by the angels. This should be a convincing sign for you, if you are really believers."

Seq Artifacts Meaning within SELF 1 The Golden chest, the Golden chest and the mercy seat are allegorical mercy seat and two representation of material vanity that Cherubim’s angels cherubim’s look for as mercy blessing. Two Cherubim’s are two lives of sub-conscious SELF that spans four days four wings. These four wings covers what within the Ark. 2 Manna Manna means inquest in Hebrew. Inquest means “a judicial inquiry to ascertain the facts relating to an incident, such as a death”. The allegorical description of Manna (Fig 14.28) as coriander reflects begging of our creation. Living on Mana for 40 years in wilderness by Moses is the allegory of our physical destruction while upholding man made religions doctrine wondering. 3 Aaron’s Rod Aaron is an allegorical representation of priesthood religious identity within SELF. This leaning stick prevents SELF from understanding the scripture. 4 Two tablets Two tablets are the allegorical representation of two scriptures; one broken and one aligned pure. They also mean broken physicality and restored physicality. Moses has two appearances in the scripture; un- conscious broken tablet and conscious restored tablet. There is only one scripture human physicality and journey written in multiple languages. It will be restored to its pure form resurrection once message is understood aligned, creator identified and met.

Scripture is preserved in Memory Mahfuz Tablet Lawfe. All these artifacts can be traced back reflected within human experience.

14.5.3 Kabah Design, alignment and the message

I believe majority of the people on earth are aware of Mecca in Saudi Arabia. Due to the annual Hajj observance by Muslims in masses, the place “Mecca” became a synonym for congregation in English expression. Most people also know the Kabah black box where annual Hajj is observed (Fig 14.28). For majority, including 99.99% Muslims, it’s a square building covered with black cloth for people to circumvent around it during the pilgrimage. Not many are aware of the construction of the building and the names of different parts of the house. It is believed that Kabah was construed by Abraham and is pre-Quranic. Anyone familiar with Bible will know that geological precedence of Abraham and his generations along with Archeological evidence around Kabah don’t support that position.

That raises the question, was Kabah truly built by Abraham or it was an allegorical metaphysical description of human journey that by error turned to a physical house and pilgrimage for masses to gather around without realizing the message built into. To settle the matter, let’s start with the origin of the name Kabah, the details of the construction and meaning of the names, alignment with scriptural map and finally alignment with human body, Hindu temple and charkas, Tabernacle of Moses and the scriptural map multiple aspects.

14.5.3.1 Kabah Kaf-Ayn-Ba the name

As you already aware that similar Arabic words come from the same Arabic roots with similar meanings. If we analyze the word “Kabah” from linguistic perspective, it will be evident that the common translation of “square-house” is THE fallout from the meanings built into the root Kaf-Ayn-Ba. Can that be an initial indication that Kabah was not meant to be built as a square house for pilgrimage? To support that proposition, a plural of the root is used in chapter 78 verse 33. It seems to me that the word is related to “ankle”, “elevated”, “glory”, and “paid no attention to”.

Kaf-Ayn-Ba = swell/prominent/protuberant/projection/budding (common examples include a woman's breasts), jointed-stem, fold, went away, joint/juncture/division of bones (more commonly the ankle bone), tarsus (in animals), swift, eminence/nobility/glory, anything elevated, square/cubic house/chamber, square-form, to hasten, to go away paying no regard to anything

Quote from Lane's lexicon: "a house or temple belonging to the tribe of Rabee'ah spring, who used to compass it, or perform circuits round it (as is done round the Kabbeh of Mekkeh)".

77 www.scripturesAndI.com Hans Wehr - Knot, knob, node (of cane); joint, articulation, ankles, anklebone; heel (of foot or shoe) ferule; die; cube; high rank, fame, glory, honor. Everything that the male of the form fa'lun (being the representation of the Cl. Arabic form in question, universally applied to all roots) can mean, so can the female (fa'latun or modernly and colloquially fa'lah), with the added meaning of emphasis that the feminization of the word gives; where it is clear that there could be intensification. The female form can be found in 5:95, 5:97.

14.5.3.2 The Building and it’s components

Now, let’s analyze the key aspects of the buildings (Fig 14.29 - 32). The building has four corners and each corner has a name. It has a stair case at the end of first corner. It has two stones; “al-Hajaru al-Aswad” black stone on the east side and “Hajar as-Sa’adah prosperity” on the west side. It has a roof water drainage known as “Mizrab Rahman” and Hijr Ismail Al-Hateem between 2nd and 3rd corner. The roof is supported by three columns. There is a table for fragrance between 1st and 2nd column. There are 55 brass rings around the periphery of the base. Door to Kabah is located after two brass rings from the first corner. To note, there is no window to view the interior. The Arabic component names are translated in table 14.15.

14.5.3.3 Opened Sacred Mosque Kabah and human Journey straight line

Before we open up the Kabah on its sides, let’s translate the different components Arabic names of the building in English for ease of understanding. We will go counter clock wise for object identifications (Table 14.15) and their interpretation in the light of scripture. Now, let’s align the perimeter in a single line with components placed along the line (Fig 14.33). This line is the human experience with age as noted in the scriptural map. Four walls are the four days of creation with the stair case and the roof drainage Mizrab Rahmah in the day 2. Entrance to the Kabah is placed between Day 1 and Day 2 symbolized with pillar.

As you may be aware, people observe seven circumvents around the Kabah to represent two lives in sub-conscious living Quran. First three circumvents are observed in a hurry fast and the remaining four is observed in slow leisure pace (Fig 14.34). If we consider the last four slow circumvents as one unit then the total circumvents in life becomes four or 4 days. In conscious state, the first three circumvents are realized as the symbolization of “3 days of creation” or first life and the next four as the second life or day 4. If you compare this with Tabernacle, first three circumvents are the three draperies in the First Veil and the last four is the four draperies in the second veil.

81 www.scripturesAndI.com Sequence Arabic Name English Meaning Interpretation 1 Rukn Hindi Corner Hindi Hindi is the Persian word for the Sanskrit word “Sindhu”. Sindhu is derived from two words; ‘sim’ (region or entirety or border) and ‘dhu’ (to tremble or shake) and means ‘a body of trembling water’. In other words, this is where the life begins and holder of water Adam / Nara begins to shake upon realization. 2 Hajr-e-Aswad Emigrate to Darkness This is the beginning of our journey in this world for redemption to resurrection or reincarnation for next cycle 3 Al-Multazam Clinging – fitting closely to Distance between Hajr-e-Aswad to Door is called “Clinging”. the body It’s where the reflection scripture revealed begins – the moment of creation. 4 Baabe Kaaba Door of Kabah Entry reveals four days of creation three pillars supported by candle and fragrance 5 Shaazarwaan Shajar – Trees, waan - These are brass rings, a total of 55, around the perimeter base sweet of Kabah 6 Steps or Staircase Staircase to the roof of Kabah is at the end of the first side. This is where we go up the Kabah allegorically to the roof where we become unaware of the design of our psycho physicality journey. Do you recall “Bayt al-Ma’moor? This is the Qiblah of the angels that sits above the Ka’bah. This is where SELF become Angels with wings obscuring Days of creation 2, 3 and 4. 7 Rukn Iraqi Corner Iraqi First corner named as “Iraqi corner”. is the earlier name of Iraq which means “the land of two rivers”. At this juncture of our life, we loose SELF to superiority exaltation and two rivers begin to flow. This begins at the age of thirty. 8 Hatim Judge This area is in front of the second wall where we become Judgmental superiority of others or like to be judged by others. 9 Hijr Ismail Shelter of Ishmael SELF is bounded by hearing Ishmael, EL will hear from others 10 Mizrab Rahmah Waterfall Mercy Rainwater is disposed through this gold spout to Hijr Ismail area. It has two meanings in sub-conscious and conscious

82 www.scripturesAndI.com state. In sub-conscious, it’s an allegory of SELF as god and the sky creator’s mercy water to our social standing and superiority. In conscious or reflective state, it revives Ishmael EL will hear from water mercy followed by Isaac. 11 Rukn Shami or Syria Corner of Sun bright, 2nd corner is where sun or the heat increases. It’s at the age of burning, scorching forty where we were advised to read the scriptures for redemption. 12 Hajar as-Sa’adh Emigrate to prosperity or It’s the second stone attached to Kabah on the west side. Pass happiness this juncture; our life is more settled with wealth and children for prosperity and happiness. Also, SELF begins to rely on religion for identification and social acceptance. It’s also the starting point for Rukn Shami burning. 13 Rukn Yamani Glad Tidings This is last corner before the forth wall. It marks the beginning of “glad tidings” for SELF gratification. 14 Columns There are three columns supporting the roof. These three columns indicates the separation of 4 days on which the roof or Qibla of Angels reside. 15 Chest It’s the chest (Fig 14.29) to hold candles or fragrance. It holds candles when the journey begins and pillars are termed as 1st and 2nd or Day 2. It holds Fragrance when the journey is about to end and pillars are numbered as 2nd and 3rd or Day 3. 16 Kiswa The black cover It’s the curtain that covers Kabah. It’s a symbol that Kabah and its meaning is hidden from sub-conscious eyes. 17 Maqam Ibrahim “Place of Ibrahim” “Place of Ibrahim” is a symbolized by two feet ankle deep in the clay. It resides outside of Kabah in Easter location in front of the door where sunrises. This place mark two events of our life; our physical journey into this living a chance for redemption and the recollection of what we are Kabah (design), paradise and hell.

14.5.3.4 Sacred Mosque alignment with Tabernacle and Hindu Temple

Kabah in opened state also aligns with Tabernacle, human physiology and Hindu temple. Our life starts with a chance of knowing, “who are we?” and ends with either knowing or not knowing at all. It all ends all of a sudden as if we lasted a day or less than a day. There are two flows in life; one to complete the living and the other is the reflection of knowing the living the design.

84 www.scripturesAndI.com These two flows can be drawn in Kabah in open state (Fig 14.35). The flow starts from “South East” indicating our current living that has a shadow or “carry forward” from last living (Fig 14.36). The flow then moves towards West 1st life, a pause in between Night and returning to East 2nd life and reincarnation. These four phases are reflected in our physicality with the three columns and the chest. A reflection reverses the living. The chest Candle is in 2nd Day towards West. Towards East, the chest Fragrance is in 3rd Day. In resurrection, both these flow aligns within our physicality and can come to light if God wills in Day 3 or Day 4 before “the point of no return Haj-e-Akbar”. Along the door to Kabah, a reflection of our being, these two flows can be merged (Fig 14.37). If you notice this is same as reflection in human body, Tabernacle and Hindu Temple (Fig 14.38).
