Casa Clementina is located on the far point of the Sorrentine Peninsula and is not easy to reach by public transportation. There is a bus that runs infrequently from the center of Sorrento, but we recommend reaching us by car or renting a scooter for the duration of your stay.

Renting a Car

If you are flying in, the best option is to rent a car directly from your arrival airport, where the major car rental companies all have offices. From the Capodichino Airport, it takes about 1.5 hours to reach Casa Clementina. The route is quite simple, as you will simply follow the coastline south!. If you are arriving by train, you can rent a car from the Piazza Garibaldi train station in Naples or take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento and rent a car from there.

Renting a Scooter

Renting a scooter is a great option if you want to be able to explore the area in complete freedom without having to worry about finding parking near the most famous (and crowded) towns and sights in the area. We can arrange for your scooter to be dropped off directly at the B&B. You should travel to Sorrento with the Curreri bus from the airport or the Circumvesuviana train from Naples’ central train station, then take the bus or a taxi to Casa Clementina.

Our clients can take advantage of a special fixed fare of €40 from the center of Sorrento to the B&B. Please let us know if you would like to book a taxi so we can send our partnered driver, Getting to Casa Clementina by Car otherwise the trip will cost you much more!

To reach us, exit the highway at and continue along the Statale 145 highway, passing a number of towns along the Sorrentine Peninsula (Meta, Piano, Sant’Agnello, Bus Schedule Sorrento - Nerano and Sorrento). Continue towards Massa Lubrense, following the signs for “Termini”. Casa Bus Schedule Sorrento - Nerano Clementina is easy to find! Just keep the sea to your right along the way. The nearest stop is “Marciano”: ask the driver to stop in front of Capitan Cook! When you see the “Capitan Cook” sign to your right, you will turn left on the steep and narrow From Sorrento to Marciano road just beyond on the left. The turn left is quite tight, so if you have a large car you may want to 7:50 am - 11:30 am - 1:00 pm - 2:50 pm - 6:00 pm drive a bit beyond, turn around, and make the turn coming the other way. This last drive uphill is steep, but very short! From Marciano to Sorrento 9:25 am - 4:25 pm We have a free private parking area for guests.

The bus does not run on Sundays and holidays.
