Are some screens too prominent on the desktop?

You may find the Alerts pane (or the Tasks pane, or the Reports pane) obscures much of the Agresso workspace, as shown on the screenshot below:

To improve this, use the mouse to grab the top edge of the pane and drag it down to the foot of the desktop; it can then be pinned open or it can be left unpinned. When unpinned, hovering the mouse on the minimised tab opens it to display the relevant information. Moving the mouse away and the tab closes. Click the minimised tab to keep the information open on the desktop. Also resizing the default column widths displays more of the information you wish to see, as shown above. Information can also be logically sorted by clicking on the column heading.

Remember client menu items

Agresso can now remember menu items, allows up to 9 recent screens to be listed to the File menu Switch this on using the File | Options menu screen

Up to 9 recent screens can be listed

Tick to Remember menu items

Have some screens disappeared from your desktop?

If you have problems locating menus or some items seem to have disappeared – you may have double- clicked or dragged on the which causes these items to appear as free-floating panes. They may also be hiding behind other open panes or even behind other program windows on your desktop.

These free-floating panels can also appear outside the main Agresso screen on your desktop if your Agresso workspace window is not maximised. See the following examples:

In the next example, the menu panel has been dragged outside an unMaximised Agresso workspace:-
