Tuesday 29 April
20:10 Arrival at the Royal Palace
Received by Their Majesties King Harald and Queen Sonja
Photo pool (2+2) at the Main Gate. Press must show up 15-20 min in advance.
Wednesday 30 April
09:35 Press meet at the Storting. The accredited press that will be in the pool must go through a security check inside the Storting prior to the arrival of the Royal couple.
10:05 Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde arrive at the Storting. Received by Mr Olemic Thommessen, President of the Storting

10:10-10:35 Meeting with the President of the Storting, Mr Olemic Thommessen
Pool of two Belgian and two Norwegian press allowed in, following the delegation. Upstairs, still photo accompanies delegation into the Stortingssal (Hall of the Storting), while cameraman is accompanied to hall just outside the President’s office (Eidsvollsgalleriet). There will be a new photo op by flags on the way in to the meeting.
Same four (+1 in-house photographer) accompany to the meeting room and are allowed to take photos/film in the President’s office before the meeting begins.

10:20 Press bus departs for the Prime Minister’s office.
10:30 Press bus arrive at the Prime Minister’s office. Press that is not with the press bus should meet at the Prime Minister’s office no later than 10:30.

Pool of two Belgian and two Norwegian will be escorted by the press officer from the Prime Minister’s office via stair ways to the Prime Minister’s meetingroom. Photo op at the beginning of the meeting.

11:00 Press bus departs for the Norwegian Museum of Cultural History at Bygdøy.
11:15 Press bus arrives at the Norwegian Museum of Cultural History, Bygdøy.

In the court yard; approx 80 children with Norwegian and Belgian flags. 4 children will hand over a small bunch of flowers to Their Majesties the King of Norway, the King of the Belgians, the Queen of Norway and the Queen of the Belgians.

12:20 Photo op inside at the start of the guided tour the exhibition (all press).
12:00 Buss departure to the city.
13:00 Royal Palace. Official group photographs taken at “Fugleværelset” (the Bird Room).
