Public Notice-9 No. 1/2020-21(HWC-CP)/7026-9; Date: 08/07/2021 Subject: Declaration of Result of 671 Posts of MLHPs-cum-CHOs under AB-HWCs

Refer to the Public Notices 7 & 8; Dated: 07/03/2021 & 22/03/2021, respectively this is for information of all the Candidates, who appeared for Document Verification on 18-19 and 25-26 March 2021, that Result has been prepared adopting following due process and after getting legal opinion from the O/o the Haryana: 1. On the basis of Document Verification, total 236 Candidates have been selected in order of merit and their Name-wise & District-wise list is given in Table-1 (Click here for Table-1). 2. After document verification, Certificates of 107 candidates were not authenticated, who have claimed for MLHP Course integrated in their BSc/PB BSc Nursing Curriculum. Out of 107, Certificates of 45 Candidates have been confirmed Valid; while 60 confirmed Not Valid by their respective Institutes, and Certificates of 2 Candidates are pending for validation. All 45 candidates with Valid Certificates, have been accommodated under Selected & Waiting List in order of merit as per advertised posts in different districts & categories. 3. Candidature of all existing CHOs, who are working with NHM Haryana has also been considered and they have been provisionally accommodated in selected list subject to the “Terms & Conditions of the Surety Bond” and “No Objection Certificate” from the relieving District. 4. In compliance with decision Dated: 07/04/2021 of the Hon’ble High Court for & Haryana deciding CWP No. 383 of 2021 and Connected Case, the candidature of all 122 Candidates with BHMS qualification (i.e. 26 Petitioners + 96 Other Applicants) has not been considered while preparing the result. 5. Candidates, who were not able to produce their Registration Certificate with respective Council at the time of document verification, are now required to submit the same within 15 days after joining with respective Civil Surgeon. 6. Detailed instructions in above references are given ahead and no separate communicate will be sent by this office to any of the candidates any purpose.

7. Instructions for the Selected and Other Candidates: i. The selected 236 Candidates as per Table-1, are required to approach their respective Civil Surgeons on 16/07/2021 for formal joining as CHO, with copy of Public Notice-9 alongwith their Result as per Table-1 uploaded on the NHM Haryana Website. ii. All selected 236 Candidates are required to sign their ‘Surety Bond’ as mentioned in the advertisement, and NHM Service Contract with their respective Civil Surgeons. For this purpose, all selected Candidates are required to carry their “Blank Surety Bond of Rs. 100/- and Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/-” for signing of the same with concerned Civil Surgeon. iii. It is reiterated that the joining of the selected candidates as CHOs, as per Table- 1 shall be non-transferable & non-deputationable and purely contractual & provisional, as their services may be dispensed with at any time subject to not meeting the eligibility criteria as per credential considered on the basis of produced Certificates at the time of document verification. iv. The Candidates, who were not able to produce Registration Certificate with respective Council at the time of document verification are required to submit their Registration Certificate within 15 days after their joining. v. The existing CHOs, who are working with NHM Haryana and selected as per Table-1 in the District of their choice, are required to abide by the terms & conditions of Surety Bond signed by them earlier and now the following processes are required to be adopted for fresh joining:  Those who have completed their 3 years’ service as CHO as on relieving date from respective District without any break (except maternity leaves or medical leaves), are required to produce “No Objection Certificate” from the Civil Surgeon, where they are currently working for the purpose of their joining in new District.  Those who have not completed their 3 years’ service as CHO as on relieving date from respective District, are required to deposit “Penalty Amount” as per terms & conditions of their signed Surety Bond with the Civil Surgeon, where they are currently working. Further, they are also required to take NoC from the Civil Surgeon, where they are currently working for the purpose of their joining in new District. vi. The Under Trainee Candidates, who were doing their 6 month BPCCHN Course in Haryana at the time of advertisement (now Joined as CHOs), and have filed CWPs before the Hon’ble High Court are required to formally intimate this office by 16/07/2021, positively. For this purpose, all such Candidates are required to submit the copy of their CWPs alongwith their application providing all their particulars & credential by hand at NHM SHQ; otherwise administrative action will be initiated against them. vii. Two Candidates, whose Certificates regarding integration of BPCCHN in the BSc/Post-Basic BSc Nursing Curriculum, are pending for Validation (i.e. Roll No. 210750 and Roll No. 211053) are required to ensure that their Institute should respond by 16/07/2021 positively in reference to this office emails/reminders through ; otherwise considering the pending Certificates “Invalid” their candidature will be dropped from further selection process. viii. No TA/DA will be given to the candidates appearing for the joining. ix. No separate communication will be sent to any of the Candidate regarding joining in their respective Districts, therefore, all candidates are required to approach the O/o respective Civil Surgeon on 16/07/2021 for joining. x. Further, all communication related to this Advt. will be issued/uploaded only through/on NHM Haryana Official Website (i.e. www.nhmharyana.gov.in). Therefore, all candidates are suggested to keep checking the NHM Website for latest updates.
