Speaker: Any way, this is not the proper time to settle this matter. This is Question Hour. But, before we take up the questions, I wish to make and observation. When we give notice of Questions to the Government a reasonable time earlier, i.e. about 9/1 days is given to send the replies the Government is also expected to send the replies well in time. But I find generally speaking the replies are hardly received in my Secretariat 15/20 minutes earlier. As a result I am unable to go through those replies and because of that it is absolutely impossible for me to decide whether the supplementaries raised are in order or not. I would therefore request the Government to ensure that replies are sent to my Secretariat at least 24 hours earlier.
