C. CLUf3110USE REGULATIONS

1. Smoking is prohibited in aIl rooms in the Clubhouse.

2. No person under the age of 14 years may use the pool- room and/or Exercise Room et any time. 'rhey may USe t-III! rooms only If accornp anLed by a Unit Owner or tenant. Such rooms may be closed at any time at the discretian of ':l1e Board 0 r Governors.

4. EélCh of the 1] BuiLd i nqs will take turns ta be host of the Clubhouse for a period of one month. The President of the host building will assign various Unit Owners of thal Building to perform the duties of Clubhouse hosto The dulies of the Clllbhouse hast shall be ta report ta the Phase office any repairs needed and to check that en air conditi.oners and lights are turned off. F.mergency complaints, such as hazardous conditions or O:J potentia1 damage to their building or their apartment, should be reported immediately by the Unit Owner to l:hePres Iden t of the i r bui lding 1 or in his absence to anolher Duilding Officer, who will take the appropriate steps t~ take care of the matter. 2. ln the event of any non-emergency complaints or griev- ance pertaining to the Phase,maintenance of the.i.rBuild- ing or. Building area, a note dated and signed explaining the problem should be plac~p, bYlthe Unit Owner into the Phase of f icemail slot. The main tenance crew wi Il then

E. ENfonCEMENT Of nULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Building rules and regulations heretofore enumerated s ha Ll. he c1eemed in effect un t i L amended by the Board of Governors and shaii apply ta and be binding upon aIl Unit owne rs, tenants and guests. Unit Owners and tenants s ha Ll , at aIL Urnes, obey said rules and regulations and shall lise their best efforts ta see that they are faith- [ully observed by their families, guests, invitees, Iessees and persans ove r whom they exe rcise con tro lori supervis ion.

2. Any Unit Owner may submit the name of owner or tenant who will[uIly violates and refuses ta obey the above'rules, ta the Grievance Board.

3. A Grievance Board consisting of the President of each building and the President and lst Vice President of the l'hase will meet whenever a report is submitted ta them of a Unit Owner or tenant who continually disobeys the

above rules and regulations.
