Description Plant Science - Agronomy is the science and of , feed, fiber and biofuel production. Interest in Plant Science - Agronomy has expanded to include biofuel production as our nation seeks ways to supply its energy needs, while continuing to meet the needs for food, feed, and fiber for an expanding population, nationally and globally. Requirements Students are required to have a minimum of four classes totaling 12 hours from any of the 3000-4000 level courses listed below and maintain a minimum 2.0 Area of Specialization GPA. Be sure to check course prerequisite requirements.

Minor Option A minor is available in this Area of Specialization. To complete the minor students must earn 15 credit hours with a grade of C or better in each class.
