Iinvestissements dans l’environnement - Rapport 45 - 51 FS-20-2021 Que le conseil reçoit le rapport FS-20-2021 daté du 7 juin 2021 pour fin d’information. b. Programme de terrasses communautaires - Partie 2 52 - 57 - Rapport ECO-DEV-04-2021 Séance ordinaire du conseil June 7, 2021 Page 2 of 147 Que le conseil reçoit le rapport ECO-DEV-04-2021 daté du 7 juin 2021; et permet l’installation de : une terrasse sur la propriété au 1125, rue Concession à Russell et une terrasse au coin de la rue Blais et de la rue Notre Dame à Embrun. c. Réhabilitation du pont R-017 - Rapport IS-PW-11- 58 - 63 2021 Que le conseil reçoit le rapport IS-PW-11-2021 daté du 7 juin 2021 et approuve le règlement pour attribuer un contrat et autoriser la conclusion d'une entente avec Urbanlink pour la réhabilitation du pond R-017 sur le chemin St-Joseph pour 955 000 $ +16 808 $ = 971 808 $ (ce montant comprend 1,76 % de la TVH non remboursable); Que le conseil autorise, d’augmenter le budget de ce projet de 111 808 $; et Que le maire et la greffière soient autorisés à signer l'entente. d. Modification du drain municipal Brisson-Moss - 64 - 67 Rapport IS-PW-15-2021 Que le conseil reçoit le rapport IS-PW-15-2021 daté du 7 juin 2021 et approuve la demande de Robert Bourdeau de continuer le processus de modification du drain municipal Brisson-Moss; et Que le conseil prolonge la nomination de McIntosh Perry Engineering comme firme d’ingénierie responsable de la modification du drain Brisson-Moss. e. Allocation d'eau et égout à Limoges - Rapport IS- 68 - 75 WAT-WW-03-2021 Que le conseil reçoit le rapport IS-WW-03-2021 daté du 7 juin 2021 et que le conseil alloue 0.65 unité municipale d’eau et égout pour le 404 chemin Limoges à Limoges; Et que le conseil alloue 1 unité municipale d’égout pour le 274 chemin Limoges à Limoges. Mise à jour pour la traverse de motoneige- Rapport 92 - 94 PR-06-2021 Que le conseil reçoit le rapport PR- 06-2021 daté du 7 juin 2021 et adopte une traverse de motoneige sur le sentier récréatif à l’ouverture près du magasin Piscine Campbell pendant la saison hivernale. h. Exemption pour l’achat de la resurfaceuse de glace 95 - 97 de l’aréna d’Embrun - Rapport PR-07-2021 Que le conseil reçoit le rapport PR-07-2021 daté du 7 juin 2021 et accorde une exemption à la politique d’achats pour procéder à l’achat d’une resurfaceuse de glace auprès de Zamboni Company Limited conformément à la politique d’achat et au budget alloué pour 2021. i. Mise à jour sur les cantines - Rapport PR-08-2021 98 - 100 Que le conseil reçoit le rapport PR-08-2021 daté du 7 juin 2021 et adopte : 1) d’attribuer la cantine de l’aréna d’Embrun à M. Paul Carpentier de Hot Potato pour un montant de 150 $ par mois du 1er mai 2021 au 30 avril 2023; et, 2) d’attribuer la cantine de l’aréna de Russell à M. Ron Landry de Fry Me to the Moon pour un montant de 150 $ par mois du 1er mai 2021 au 30 avril 2023. j. Subventions et contributions communautaires - 101 - 107 Rapport PR-09-2021 Séance ordinaire du conseil June 7, 2021 Page 4 of 147 Que le conseil reçoit le rapport PR-09-2021 daté du 7 juin 2021 et adopte les recommandations du département pour les octrois municipaux de 2021 au groupe communautaire suivant : 1) Approuver un don ponctuel au Russell Lions Club au montant de 1 000 $ pour le tirage 50/50 en ligne du 1er juin 2021 au 30 mai 2022.
