Ashley L. Wilkinson focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Her work centers on the representation of both commercial entities and private individuals in state and federal court. Ms. Wilkinson represents clients in various matters including construction issues involving both contractors and subcontractors, employment-related disputes, breach of contract, tort claims, insurance coverage, and property matters relating to oil, gas, and mineral rights, including ownership disputes, right-of-way review, acquisitions, and quiet title/ejectment claims.
