7. Other race - A combination of the "American Indian/Alaska Native" and "Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander" race/ethnicity categories.

8. Top states - The top states were determined by number of accepted applicants. In the case of ties, secondary ranking was done by number of accepted applicants who enrolled at your university, number of accepted applicants who enrolled at another State System university, and number of accepted applicants who enrolled at a non-System university.

9. Top high schools - The top high schools were determined by number of accepted applicants. In the case of ties, secondary ranking was done by number of accepted applicants who enrolled at your university, number of accepted applicants who enrolled at another State System university, and number of accepted applicants who enrolled at a non-System university; if still tied, alphabetical sorting by name was used.

Notes: The sources for this document are university submitted Application, Acceptance and Enrollment Data (AAE) and NSC data. Throughout this document, unknowns were removed from denominators when calculating percentages, and percentages may not add to 100% due to rounding.
