The Junior Colleges (JCs) and Centralised Institute (CI) of the Ministry of Education (MOE) prepare students by equipping GCE A-level curriculum them with the skills and knowledge required for universities or institutes of higher learning in Singapore and abroad.

Most JCs/ CI offer the GCE A-Level curriculum, which provides students with learning opportunities in three areas: life skills, knowledge skills and subject disciplines.
