Service Guide for Truncated High Holidays Services 2020

This is a guide to a shortened version of the services for the High Holidays, 2020. The intent is to eliminate anything that is not halachically necessary in order so that congregants are physically together for the minimum amount of time.

Notes: 1. For morning services, congregants should do P’seukei D’Zimrah on their own. These service guides begin with Shacharit. 2. These services do not include the Torah Service on the assumption that home minyanim will not have a Torah. The haftarah and its blessings are included. 3. These services are for High Holidays 2020, and thus Day 1 of Rosh Hashana includes insertions for Shabbat and does NOT include Avinu Malkeynu and shofar blowing. 4. We assume a minyan.
