Adolescents detained 9 (males) Adolescents charged with 4 (males) crimes 2 Children missing Diana Raquel Hernández (12 years old, missing since 25/05/2018). (“disappeared”) Byron Alexander Pineda (12 years old, missing since 21/05/2018).

Given the worsening repression and violence toward the population, and due to fear of reprisals, many relatives of victims have not denounced these crimes to human rights organizations, which makes it more difficult to know and verify the exact numbers of wounded and missing in general. The situation is even worse in the case of child and adolescent victims, due to the lack of specialized instruments for registering information.
