What is important to me
Spending every Sunday with my Mum, we go to church and for lunch To be as independent as possible I have opportunities to keep in touch with my family and friends and go out for food, meet up for activities and to be busy. I have opportunities to sleep in. I love my sleep I will sleep until 11am easily. If I need to get up early for some reason you may have to coax me. I like playing games on my phone until late at night. I have enough money to do what I like and it’s important that I don’t l leave home without some money in my purse and my mobile phone. If I’m cooking at home I need to have 1‐1 supervision. I can do most things myself I just need reassurance and guidance – remind me to ask if I need any help. I can be quite messy on times and I need lot of prompting to keep my flat tidy or I can have days when I will clean my flat and tidy everything up. If I don’t clean my flat then my support must clean my flat
