All drink recipes in this book are to be made exactly as directed; using the same liquor amounts, ice, garnishes & type of glass indicated in each individual recipe. Drinks in this menu are listed in alphabetical order, by the first word in the full drink’s name title. If a drink you are looking for is not in this menu, bring it to your manager’s attention before pouring the drink, and get the proper drink recipe from him at that time. If a drink is poured incorrectly due to liquor pouring hardware malfunction, alert your manager immediately, so a new liquor pourer can be exchanged for the malfunctioning one, and you will not be held liable for liquor inventory inconsistency at the end of your shift. Failure to follow these recipes exactly, at ALL times is considered employee misconduct and may result in write-ups/and or termination. When in doubt – ASK YOUR MANAGER. All entertainer shift drinks are to be made with well liquor only, including straight shots. Dancers may not drink directly from beer bottles – make sure they are given a glass with their beer. Make sure to encourage dancers to order wine or champagne splits by constantly informing them of the commissions they will receive from each split purchase.
