8θ4 No. 807. THE EMERGENCY POWERS (PUBLIC SAFETY AND ORDER) REGULATIONS, 1955 TO (No. 3) 1958. . ' ­ ■ ORDER MADE UNDER REGULATION 38. In exercise of the powers vested in me by Regulation 38 (1) of the Emergency Powers (Public Safety and Order) Regulations, 1955 to (No. 3) 1058, I, the Commissioner of , do hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas () Order, 1958. ,,,,., 2. The areas specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be protected areas for the purposes of Regulation 38 of the Emergency Powers (Public Safety and Order) Regulations, 1955 to (No. 3) 1958. SCHEDULE. All those areas of lands situated in Paramali, Sotira and Episkopi villages, that is to say :— The lands under plots Nos. 36 of the Government Survey Plan No. LIII.57, 103, 104 and 105 of the Plan No. LVIII.I, No. 8 of Plan LIII.58, Nos. 4 and 1/1, 1/2, 2, 3 and 5 of Plan No. LVIII.2, No. 10 of Plan No. LIII.58, Nos. 6, 7, 8, of Plan No. LVIII.2, No. 4 (part) of Plan No. LIII.59, and No. 2 (part) of Plan No. LVIII.3. All which said areas are more particularly defined as the area delineated in blue in the plan marked " (Main Site) NEG. No. 220 ", signed by the Commissioner, Limassol, and dated the 8th May, 1958, a copy of which has been deposited in the Office of the Commissioner, Limassol. No. 808. THE CURFEWS LAWS, 1955. LAWS 17 AND 47 OF 1955.

ORDER MADE UNDER SECTION 2. In exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by Section 2 of the Curfews Laws, 1955, and delegated to me under Section 2Α of the said Laws by Notification No. 666 published in Supplement No. 3 to the Gazette of 19th July, 1956, I do hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Curfews () (No. 51) Order, 1958. 2. No person within the area prescribed in the First Schedule hereto shall be out of doors between the hours prescribed in the Second Schedule hereto except under the authority of a written permit granted by the Com­ missioner of Nicosia or the Assistant Chief Constable in charge of the area : Provided that this Order shall not apply to any member of the Executive Council, Her Majesty's Forces or the Police Force or persons holding a summons to appear before a Special Court, established under the Special Courts Laws, 1955 to 1957, when proceeding to and from such Court in accordance with such summons. This Order shall come into force on the 18th day of September, 1958.
