About the role… The Plas Menai Health Centre is seeking to employ a part-time/full-time, highly motivated and enthusiastic Musculoskeletal Practitioner [MSK] to join our fantastic health centre team to share our vision, encouraging future development and sustainability of general practice in the towns of Llanfairfechan and Penmaenmawr and their neighbouring villages
We wish to employ an individual to work closely alongside our team of physical, mental practitioners and GPs dealing with complex common conditions. An individual keen to apply their practitioner skills to the challenges of a primary care setting working collaboratively with internal and external practitioners, intent on making a difference to the health of our patient cohort.
About the Health Centre… The Plas Menai Health Centre is located in the picturesque North Wales town of Llanfairfechan. It provides primary care services to 7,600 patients residing in Penmaenmawr, Llanfairfechan and surrounding villages.
The Health Centre itself is a purpose built primary care centre which is the base to local authority, District Nurses, Health Visitors and health employed counselling services. It is a health centre that embraces change, is patient centred and keen on developing the future demands of patient care in the area, whilst supporting National and local health and social agendas.
