Sync with the Apple app for iPhone (& iPad)

Set up sync with the Apple Calendar app 1) Start by clicking the + icon on the bottom right of the calendar. This can be done on your computer or in (your iPhone’s web browser)

2) A pop up window will ask you to select which you would like to subscribe to. Suggestion: If you have children in multiple sports, select all the ​ teams you’ll be involved in. Later, we’ll cover turning the calendars on/off on your phone so you don’t have to see every age group all the time.

Once you select your calendars and hit “Submit”, if you aren’t already logged into a Google account (Gmail, app, etc) it will require you to log in.

3) In your web-browser, go to calendar.google.com/iphoneselect . ​ ​ 4) Check the boxes for the calendars you want to sync. 5) In the bottom right corner, touch Save.

On your phone 1) Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. 2) Touch , , Calendars > Add account > Google. 3) Enter your name, your full Gmail or Google Apps address, and password. ​ ​ 4) If you use 2-Step Verification, use an app password instead of your regular ​ ​ ​ ​ password. 5) Touch Next. 6) , contacts, and calendar events will now sync directly with your Google Account on the web. To sync only your calendar, turn the other services off.

7) Open your Calendar app You may turn the calendar on or off by opening your iPhone’s Calendar app, touch “Calendars” on the bottom center of the screen, and making sure the calendars you want to see are checked.

Now when you open the Calendar app on your iPhone, you'll see your Google Calendar events.
