Shell scheme A includes the following per 9 m2: White system wall elements 100 x 250 cm in aluminum frame. Fascia board in aluminum frame 40 cm high. 1 fascia text, max 25 characters. 9 m2 escolita carpettiles (50 x 50 cm). 3 spotlights 120 W on 1 rail. One wall socket 100 W, including main connection and consumption. General cleaning of stand each morning, build up, dismantle and transport. VAT STATUS Exhibitors established in the European Union (using the Reverse charge mechanism) will have NO VAT, so long asthey provide ISE with their VAT number. This also applies in the case of our Dutch exhibitors. Exhibitors established OUTSIDE the European Union will have NO VAT. Exhibitors established in the European Union but who do NOT PROVIDE their EU Vat number will continue to incur Netherlands Vat at 19% without the possibility of vat reclaim.

Required Deposit Payment for space: Exhibitors reserving exhibit space will have three scheduled payments; 20% deposit of the total cost of the rst choice exhibit space is due on application; 50% payment is due on or before August 31st, 2010, 30% payment is due on or before November 1st, 2010. Applications received on or after August 31st, 2010, but before November 1st, 2010, must be accompanied by 70% of the total exhibit space cost, and applications received on or after December 1st, 2010, must be accompanied by 100% of the total exhibit space cost. Full details are contained in the Exhibition's Rules and Regulations that will be supplied with space conrmation and are incorporated by reference hereto. By signing below, the signatory certies that he/she has the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the space reservation obligation.
