• First phase of a three-phase shopping centre extension project

• First phase of shopping centre extension: an investment of approximately EUR 120 million

• Citycon and NCC Property Development have a 50/50 partnership in the project

• Construction of Länsimetro Oy's bus terminal and the park-and-ride parking floor will begin at the same time

• The contractor for both projects is NCC Rakennus Oy
