SUBJECT: Policy Memorandum for Peterson Fitness and Sports Center

1. This policy memorandum is to outline the current authorized patrons into the Peterson Fitness and Sports Center due to the COVID-19 outbreak this year.

2. The authorized patrons, based on recommendations by the 21st Medical Group Public Health team, state and local guidance, and regulations from the Centers for Disease Control, are as follows:

a. Active Duty Military members assigned to Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base, or Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station.

b. Active Duty Military members permanently residing in Peterson Air Force Base or Schriever Air Force Base housing.

c. Active Duty Military members on temporary orders to Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base or Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station provided the following:

(1) These members have completed a 14-day Restriction of Movement (ROM) period within the Colorado Springs local area without exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19.

(2) These members have provided proof of arrival dates and ROM period to the Fitness Center Superintendent, Fitness Center Manager, or the 21 FSS Sustainment Services Leadership.

3. This policy memorandum is in effect immediately until a change to the Health Protection Condition (HPCON) or direction from the Peterson-Schriever Garrison Commander.
