This wonderfully located building in the heart of Istanbul has a history dating back to the 1910’s, when it was built as a boarding house. It is a Grade II listed building and was built in the characteristic style of the period, with a western-facing balcony and a three-sided “cumba” or “bay window” on the eastern side.
