Hope Family Health Center TikTok/Instagram Promotion

We want to create a healthier young community around the Hope Family Health Center. Create a winning video that promotes a healthy community, and you will be eligible to win a $500 prize.

How to enter:

Post on TikTok or Instagram using the hashtag #AHHopeFamilyHealthCenter (videos longer than 30 seconds will not be considered). Posts must use the following phrases and keywords:

· Hope Family Health Center

· Health

· Doctor

· Community

· Healthy Youth

No purchase necessary

How the posts will be judged:

The judges will locate the posts to be judged using the #AHHopeFamilyHealthCenter hashtag to track entries. The social media post will be judged on originality, use of keywords, and appropriateness. The judges will be members of Authority Health’s executive leadership team.

Rules:

Participants must be between the ages of 5-18 (up to age 26* for patients with special needs as defined by the Michigan Department of Education)

Videos must not be longer than 30 seconds.

Posts that include curse words and other offensive language/gestures will not be considered.

Use the hashtag #AHHopeFamilyHealthCenter on your post.

Submission timeline:

Only TikTok and/or Instagram posts dated between August 6, 2021, and August 27, 2021 (by 11:59 EST) will be considered.

Prizes:

The winner will be announced on September 10, 2021, on Instagram. The winning submission will receive a prize of $500! (Prize will come in form of a check and parent or guardian must be present to claim prize once the winning post is announced. Winner must also consent to name and image being used in future promotional materials including photo, video, print, and social media)
