Walk in Churchill’s footsteps through the atmospheric corridors and learn about the big decisions made in this iconic site. Our CWR Expert Guides provide hour-long tours for up to ten guests, and can even take you behind the glass and into the War Cabinet Room.

General ▪▪ A maximum of ten people to any tour taking place inside museum hours (10am – 6pm) and a maximum of 15 people per tour taking place outside of museum hours (9 –10am and 6.15 –7.15pm) ▪▪ Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Tours are not recommended for children under the age of 7. ▪▪ For tours taken before or during museum opening hours, guests can explore the museum further at their leisure until the museum closes. ▪▪ Out of hours tours do not guarantee exclusive access to the site. Other events and tours may be taking place at the same time and can be booked at short notice. ▪▪ You should arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour. IWM cannot accept liability for reduced service or shorter tour owing to late arrival of the customer. ▪▪ You may be expected to undertake a security bag check on arrival for which you may need to queue, please take this time into account. ▪▪ There are lockers onsite (subject to availability) that require a £1 deposit, and can be used to store small bags if you do not wish to carry them throughout the tour. IWM cannot store any other large bags or luggage for the duration of the tour.

Payment & Cancellations ▪▪ All tours must be paid for at least 28 days in advance of the tour date. ▪▪ For bookings taken within 28 days, payment will need to be arranged as soon as the request for the booking is made. ▪▪ Once payment has been processed, the booking is non-refundable. ▪▪ Payment by debit/credit card only. ▪▪ Tours will be confirmed in writing on receipt of payment. ▪▪ We do not store customer financial information, credit or debit card details. Please do not include this information in your email to IWM. ▪▪ Availability of tours are subject to IWM operational requirements and we reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings at short notice. ▪▪ Customer should acquire adequate insurance to cover any loss as a consequence of flight cancellations, personal illness, or circumstances causing the tour to be cancelled beyond
