One Pace Plaza West is the heart of the City Campus. It houses the Welcome Center, the Campus Spirit Store, the , the Pforzheimer Honors College, and the Offices of Admission. It’s also home to state- of-the-art science labs, snack kiosks, the student center and tabling hub, dozens of classrooms, the Pace Gym, and our newly updated fitness center.

Home to the Dyson College of Arts and Sciences, this newly refurbished building includes the Pace Art Gallery, student commons, and advising suites. 41 is also home to Career Services, Student Development and Campus Activities (SDACA), the LGBTQA+ and Social Justice Center, the Office of Multicultural Affairs (ōMA), and more. Here’s a fun fact about 41 Park Row: Built in 1889, it was the original location of until 1903.

Pace's residence hall at 182 was designed exclusively to house approximately 600 first-year students. The fourth-floor common area includes a student lounge, study area, meeting and screening room, kitchen, laundry facilities, and fitness center.

The 55 John Street residence is only a few blocks from the main campus building at One Pace Plaza and minutes from major NYC hotspots such as , City Hall, and the Seaport. Residents share access to an inviting lobby lounge, full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Home of the Pace School of Performing Arts, 140 William is a seven-story, state-of-the-art building that hosts acting, movement, and dance studios; a sound stage and screening room; costume and design shops; a digital design lab; and multiple performance spaces.

This building is home to a number of important Pace schools and offices, including the College of Health Professions, the School of Education, and the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems. Pace’s Entrepreneurship Lab, English Language Institute, the Helene and Grant Wilson Center for Social Entrepreneurship, and University Counsel are also housed here.

At 34 stories, 33 Beekman is the tallest residence hall in the world and boasts sweeping views of NYC. It primarily houses upper-level students and is a short walk from One Pace Plaza. Residents of this building have access to a 24-hour gym and several lounge spaces, kitchenettes, and laundry facilities.

Housing approximately 500 first-year Pace students, Maria’s Tower comprises floors seven through 16 of the building, which means you can take a short elevator ride to class, the library, gym, and dining facilities.

One Pace Plaza East is home to the main dining hall, the Birnbaum Library, the Writing Center, the Learning Center, University Health Care, the OneCard Office, Auxiliary Services, the Bianco Room, and the Schimmel Center. This is also the main location for the Office of Safety and Security. The Courtyard connects the east and west sides of One Pace Plaza.
