Look for Dutch oven and Western cooking this summer, said Hendrick. “We are family oriented, guest oriented,” he adds. “In the heart of summer, everyone has their campfire going and at night the whole ranch really quiets down. They get unlimited wood and complimentary s’mores kits. We are getting a lot of repeat customers. People really love it.”
