Business process articles much easy to handle 4. Support of many academic account and easy to search from many search engine 5. Organizer is not preoccupied by the indexing process, article management and the distribution process Publisher Process for Article Publication and Indexing Process WORKFLOW ARTICLE 1. User submit article to organizer system or publisher system (EAI Confy) 2. Check similarity 3. Acceptance/Rejection Submission based on Peer-Review result 4. Acceptance article will be change to PDF file after type setting 5. Article published in Publisher 6. Evaluation and Submitted to Publisher for Indexing Process WHAT ORGANIZER DO AND DONT?
1. Cooperation with Publisher Proceeding 2. Give right information to Author 3. Peer-Review procees for each article and collect review result 4. Make sure all article are in proper template article from Publisher 5. English in article must be good or can understand properly, Grammar can be improved from proofread or using tool like Grammarly 6. Send all articles to publisher 7. Organizer dont give a decision about INDEXING Process, because that Indexer authority WHAT AUTHORS DO AND DONT?
1. Make sure your paper follow author guideline and template conference 2. Present at the conference 3. Revised your article after conference (if need) 4. Pay your proceeding/journal fee (if any) 5. Wait for your article to be published in publisher 6. DONT ask publisher WHEN your article to be published, because author dont have authority asking to publisher 7. DONT ask publisher WHY your article hasn’t index yet in SCOPUS, because indexing at SCOPUS is not AUTHORITY PUBLISHER, and the organizer will be reminded by Publisher about author behavior WHAT PUBLISHER DO AND DONT?
1. Will do check article (again) template and similarity from organizer 2. Published proceeding from conference with exact date according agreement 3. Make sure all published articles can freely accessible (OA) 4. SUBMIT to major indexing (Scopus, WOS, dblp, EBSCO, etc) (depend on Publisher) 5. Publisher can HOLD process SUBMITTED to Major Indexing if administration from organizer incomplete 6. Publisher can do RETRACT for article if found mistake or misconduct activity 7. PUBLISHER (MOSTLY ALL) never promise all article in Proceeding will be indexed in major indexing (Scopus, WOS, dblp, EBSCO, etc) because indexing are out of control Publisher KNE Publisher Routinely submit conference content (article) to major database indexing and no word or promises that all content will be index KNE PUBLISHER CONTRACT IOP Conference Series Publisher in contract agreement also never promise that all articles proceeding will be indexing in Scopus
