IYSRE is the first biggest international event in renewable energy sector hosted by youth that will be held on April 2021 - August 2021.

IYSRE is a platform that networks youth all over the world discuss climate change by sharing their views and learning from others which has main event entitled “Conference Proceeding”.

Conference proceeding program reports the findings presented at scientific meetings that have seven different topics include: 1. Geothermal Energy and Geothermal Technology 2. Green Infrastructure, Efficient Architecture and Sustainable City 3. Biomass Sustainability and Bioenergy 4. Green and Electric Vehicle 5. Solar, Wind, and Water Energy Source 6. Renewable Energy Business Model 7. Renewable Energy Integrations and Smart Grid Technology PAGE 04

Conference Proceeding

The conference day will be held on Friday, August 27th, 2021. The conference day will be held from 09.00 until 17.00 (GMT+7, Western Indonesian Time). The participants can enter Zoom from 08.00 (GMT+7, Western Indonesian Time). The conference day schedule can be seen at the next of this guidelines. For participants who take part in the competition are required to attend all series of conferences from the beginning. PAGE 06

The conference will be separated for each field of interest. The conference will be held using Zoom platform. The conference room link can be seen at the next chapter of this guidelines. The participants and audiences Zoom name account must match the name shown on the registration form. The participants and audiences are expected to turn on their camera and use the background provided by IYSRE. During the course of the conference, participants and audiences must turn off the microphone except when they are permitted to ask questions in QnA sessions and presentations by the moderator. 1. Each group can be represented by one of the group members or all group members. 2. Each member of the presenting group should be present and turn on their camera. 3. The duration of the presentation is 15 minutes including QnA session. 4. The presentation is on live streaming session. 5. The presenter must use English as the main language of the presentation. 6. There are audiences in the room. 7. The QnA session can be given by the reviewer and the audience. 8. Questions can be given through the chat section in the Zoom. 9. The powerpoint will be presented by the committee in the related breakout room. 10. If there are any late groups, they will be rescheduled. PAGE 08

1. Each group must make a powerpoint presentation. 2. Each presentation consists of 10 maximum slides, excluding the opening and the closing slides. 3. The powerpoint must be submitted by August 21, 2021 at 23.59 (GMT+7, Western Indonesian Time). 4. The powerpoint must be submitted through this link: http://bit.ly/PowerpointSubmission 5. Participants should register through IYSRE 2021 conference web: https://iysre.com/events/conference/ and full paper submission is done through easy chair link on conference web: https://iysre.com/events/conference/#r egist Participants and audiences registration is separated. Registration of participants is open from April 1, 2021. Registration of audiences is open from July 1, 2021.

“Audience” is a person who attends the conference but doesn't participate in the competition. Audience should register to get a free E-Certificate https://iysre.com/events/conference/ . Audiences are requested to turn off their camera and microphones on the event, except when permitted by the moderator. Audience can give some questions through the chat section in the Zoom. PAGE 10

Payments are only made by domestic participants. Participants must pay a payment fee of Rp. 150.000. Payments are only made by bank transfer with the account number given at the conference web.
