TEIGNBRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL The District of Teignbndge (Off Street Parking Places) Order 1985 Notice is given that Teignbndge District Council has made an inspected dunng office hours at the Council Offices, Kingsteign- Order under section 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ton Road, which will make amendments to some of the existing charges provisions prevailing The new Order which comes into force Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order on 1st April 1985 will introduce an excess charge of £10 pay- or of any provisions contained in the Order on the ground able when no valid ticket is displayed on a parked vehicle If that it is not within the powers of section 35 of the Road Traffic the excess charge is paid within 5 days a discount of £5 will be Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement given Details of other conditions contained in the Order are of that section or any part of the Act or any regulations have set out in the Schedule below not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 A copy of the Order, a statement of reasons for proposing weeks of 21st March 1985, the date on which the Order has been the Order and a map showing the parking places may be made, make application for the purpose to the High Court
