BRAINPOOL TV GmbH is expanding its Management and strengthening the Fiction Production division with Ralf Husmann (42) and Chris Geletneky (35). Ralf Husmann and Chris Geletneky, both already active for BRAINPOOL as Executive Producer and Head Writer, are Deputy CEOs of BRAINPOOL TV GmbH as of immediately.

"We have been successfully collaborating with Ralf Husmann and Chris Geletneky for many years now. Particularly as writers of innovative fiction series, they are among the most creative players in the television industry. In their new jobs, they will be working exclusively for BRAINPOOL", states Jörg Grabosch, CEO of BRAINPOOL TV GmbH.

Ralf Husmann has been active as Head Writer and Producer for BRAINPOOL since 1995. He is the Head Writer of the, among other things, Adolf Grimme Award-winning series "Stromberg" (ProSieben) with Christoph Maria Herbst and the spoof thriller "Dr. Psycho" (ProSieben) with Christian Ulmen, who received the Bavarian Television Award 2007 in the Best Actor category. Husmann is the Writer and Producer of the comedy show "rent a Pocher" (ProSieben, German Comedy Award) with Oliver Pocher. Furthermore, Ralf Husmann is – in this function – also responsible for "The Harald Schmidt Show", various TV galas with Anke Engelke as well as the sitcom "ANKE" with Anke Engelke and "The Doc" with Ingolf Lück.

In future, Chris Geletneky – who has been a freelancer at BRAINPOOL since 2001 – will be responsible in particular for the expansion of the talent pool (artists and writers). As Head Writer and Creative Producer, he has produced the multiple award-winning comedy show "Ladykracher" (Sat.1, including the German Television Award), "Anke Late Night" (Sat.1), "Ladyland" (Sat.1, the German Comedy Award), "Pastewka" (Sat.1, including the German Television Award) and "Kinder, Kinder" (Children, Children – RTL) for BRAINPOOL.
