Based on an initial (self)-evaluation, together we develop goals and procedures, implement them step by step, continually evaluating results and making requisite adjustments.

It is important to me ... to create respectful, empowering, protecting, responsible and binding professional encounters and relationships on an equal footing.

The object is to achieve a higher level of professional autonomy through improving awareness, increasing flexibility and – unconditionally – enhancing relationship orientation.
