10 days of activity 6 new commissions Over 30 international artists BLOODLAND EMBRACE Bloodland Embrace is a large-scale projection piece made for the outdoors.

YOUR CITY IS A WORLD OF ITS OWN Your City Is A World Of Its Own will be a playable digital installation encouraging people to learn about the cultures of the people who call their city home.

The piece will be created by unaccompanied asylum seekers in Leicester, Manchester and Portsmouth.

ORCHESTRA OF SANCTUARY

A new collaboration between Momtaza Mehri, Addictive TV and Sashwati Sengupta.

Orchestra of Sanctuary will be a new audio visual installation exploring the musical and cultural connections between Somalia and Syria. WHERE THERE IS LIGHT Where There Is Light is an immersive sound and light installation by award-winning SquidSoup, with a soundscape co-created by sanctuary seekers in Leicester, Portsmouth, and Hull. WONDERLAND An outdoor exhibition by internationally renowned artist Mohammad Barrangi.

Using Persian calligraphy and hand-drawn illustration, Wonderland explores cultural identity, immigration and tells Mohammad’s story of seeking asylum in the UK. LOOK UP Four new artworks will be created through a series of international residencies exploring art in public spaces. RECKONING WITH REFUGEEDOM Reckoning with Refugeedom is a new performance piece by Akeim Toussaint Buck, Mandla Rae and Benedetta Fasson exploring the Reckoning with Refugeedom archives. GLOBAL KITCHEN Global Kitchen is a supper club celebrating food from around the world.

Developed and delivered in partnership with Soft Touch Arts, volunteer chefs from sanctuary-seeking backgrounds and head chef Linton Magume.

GRAFFITI ART AND PROTEST IN IRAN A virtual reality experience exploring a graffitied water tunnel in Tehran.
