“A CHARDONNAY THAT CAPTURES THE FLAVOR OF THE CENTRAL COAST. WITH ITS BIG FRUIT, LOADS OF SPICE, AND DISTINCT PEAR AND PEACH NOTES, WE THINK THIS WINE

LIVES UP TO THAT PROMISE. WE HOPE YOU ENJOY.” – Sean McKenzie

2015 e 2015 growing season started with a dry, mild winter and ramped up quickly from there. Similar conditions continued throughout the spring with the summer months warming up a bit, causing the to fully ripen. e season ended just as it beganearlier than usual. A er the two previous delivered large crops, this one hit the reset button with lower-than-average yields. e resultwines with highly concentrated avors and bright, natural acidity.

Winemaking e grapes were harvested at night and early morning to keep the fruit cool. e wine was fermented and aged for eight months in a combination of barrels and stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes Golden straw in color, with baked pear and peach avors that jump out of the glass. Toasty and rich up front, nishing crisp and elegant. is well-balanced, medium-bodied wine is easy to enjoy and will bring a taste of the Central Coast right to your home.
