Dipinti Müller Thurgau Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT

A cross of and Sylvaner, Müller Thurgau has been cultivated in the terraced of the Valle di Cembra in Trentino for over a century. The made from this varietal has a distinctive personality and is appreciated for its unique flavors as well as its amazing aromatics.

Lia Banville and her team select the each for the Dipinti label made by Cantina La Vis in Trentino. The Banville team know that La Vis, unlike other "cantine sociali" in this area, is highly driven to produce the highest quality wines possible. In 1980 Cantina La Vis started the "Progetto Qualita." Firstly, they embarked on the ambitious project known as "Zonazione." Here, La Vis exploits its unique symbiotic relationship with the renowned enological institute San Michele all'Adige. Each of each member was evaluated and its soil composition analyzed. Altitude, prevailing wind, typical precipitation and exposition were next considered before determining the best varietals to be planted and the optimum way to cultivate a particular site.
