Human Resources Student Worker for Nordics in Copenhagen

Does it interest you to work within Human Resources? Do you have a minimum of 2 years left within HR, business or other HR applicable studies? Would you like to work while studying and have a great chance of having an employment after your graduation? Then you might be Mars Nordics’ next HR Student Worker.

As Student Worker in Human Resources, you report to the Nordic Human Resources Director, and have four team members (HR Business Partners). Your workplace is Mars Nordic’s head office in Ørestad/Copenhagen, 25 minutes by train from Malmö C.

Responsibilities The main objective of this position is to support the Human Resources team with various tasks such as:  HR administration  HR communication  HR related project management  Ad hoc tasks

Required qualifications  Interest to start working full time at Mars Nordics after graduation  Interest in working with people in focus  Minimum 2 years of studies left within HR, business or other HR applicable studies  Willing to work 20 hours per week while studying and on school holidays  Skilled in , PowerPoint and administrative work  Driven, thorough and analytical  Fluent in English, a plus if you are fluent in a Nordic language as well
