TUITION FEES Students from non-EU countries are required to pay tuition fees, unless they receive a tuition fee waiver. VISA AND RESIDENCE PERMIT . All students who are not Estonian citizens need to apply either for a visa, temporary residence permit or register their place of residence in Estonia. . Non-EU students must apply for a Temporary Residence Permit for Studying (TRP) at the nearest Estonian embassy. . A TRP allows students to work while studying full time and stay in Estonia for additional nine months after graduation if they want to find a job and settle down.
ACCOMMODATION . A shared room in an on-campus furnished dormitory costs around 125 € a month. Please note, places are lim- ited and are granted on the first-come, first-served basis. . A private room or a rental apartment costs around 200-400 € a month.
LIVING EXPENSES . Prices in Estonia are considerably lower than in West- ern Europe. Students usually spend around 250-300 € a month on food and other basic daily necessities. . The public transport in Tallinn is free of charge for its residents with a valid Estonian residence permit. Mandatory private insurance costs around 120 € a year. Students often receive discounts at cafes, restaurants, libraries, cinemas, theatres, transport and other public places.
