NORTH EAST Locality Improvement Plan 2017-2022: summary Following the introduction of the Community Empowerment () Act 2015, the Council and partners have worked with the local community to develop the North East Locality Improvement Plan.

The plan aims to help those people who are in greatest need, and focuses on what action can be taken to improve the quality of life of the people who live here.
