Tracy is Vice President, Internal Audit at (FCC), a Federal Crown Corporation providing financing, insurance, software, learning programs and business services to Canadian agribusiness and agri- food operations. She leads a team of audit professionals located in Regina and Kanata, Ontario as well as an Investigative Services team in Regina. Since joining FCC in 2002 Tracy has had professional experience in areas including corporate accounting, financial management, enterprise reporting and served for 6 years as the Executive Manager in the office of the President & CEO. Prior to FCC Tracy worked at Heartland Livestock Services and Deloitte. She obtained her Bachelor of Administration degree at the University of Regina, is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and has her Audit Committee Certified designation from the Director’s College.

Quinton is the Manager of Internal Audit at Canpotex Limited, a world-class marketing and logistics company that sells and delivers potash to approximately 40 countries overseas. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the internal audit function, including operational/financial/compliance audits and special projects at the request of management and the board of directors. Quinton has experience in both internal and external auditing, internal controls, risk management, business strategy and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Canpotex, he worked at Deloitte in Assurance and Advisory. Quinton is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds his Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Clinton is a Senior Manager with MNP’s Enterprise Risk Services group in Regina. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and designated risk professional (CRM). Clinton specializes in helping organizations maximize opportunities, reduce risk exposures, and optimize their operations. Clinton’s main areas of practice include internal audit, enterprise risk management, governance, program evaluations, business planning, policy development, fairness advisory, business process improvement, and forensic support.

Prior to joining MNP, Clinton held various senior management positions in the public sector. His experience includes several years with the Saskatchewan Government, where he held the position of Director of Risk Management and Audit for the Ministry of Justice, assuming the role of the Ministry’s Chief Audit Executive. Clinton also spent a number of years with the Provincial Auditor of Saskatchewan where he led the office’s value-for-money audit portfolio and overall research activities.

Mark is responsible for the creation and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework for the corporation as well as performing risk assessments and risk consulting on high risk projects. Bina is the Director of Internal Audit at Crown Investments Corporation (CIC); the holding company for Saskatchewan’s Crown Corporations. She was instrumental in establishing the internal audit function at CIC. Don became Director of Audit Services at Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) in March 2015. He manages various internal audits across all business units, including IT audits, audits at refinery operations in Regina, retail coop audits throughout western Canada, and the FCL ERM program. Prior to joining FCL, Don had nearly 20 years internal audit and accounting experience in the airline industry with Delta, United, ATA, and Hawaiian Airlines. He served as Chairman of the Airlines For America (A4A) Audit Panel on three occasions and on the

Don is past President of IIA Hawaii, actively served on numerous Chapter committees, and was on the Board of Governors of IIA Indianapolis and IIA Hawaii. Prior to commencing a credit union career in 2007 with Synergy Credit Union, Cheryl and her family operated a mixed grain and hog farm in the Viscount area of Saskatchewan for 22 years. Cheryl’s first exposure to the field of audit was as a Quality Assurance expert as part of the Centralized Loan Support team. In 2013 Cheryl was promoted to the role of Internal Auditor, a role she continues to hold today. From 2013 to 2015 Cheryl welcomed the unique opportunity to represent Synergy Credit Union as part of the InSync Internal Audit group; a collaboration of the four largest Saskatchewan Credit Unions. Cheryl’s comprehensive knowledge allows her the ability to assess operational controls in real time as well as provide practical and prudent support to management and the Board of Directors, Audit Committee. She is passionate about discovering new solutions to old problems while ensuring resolutions are compliant and in the best interests of both the members and the Credit Union.

Cheryl is currently working towards her Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation. In her spare time, she volunteers with various organizations as well as serves as the Board of Directors, Chairperson for the non-profit organization, St. John Bosco Wilderness Camp, a position she has held for 10 years.

Ryan is the Director of Internal Audit in the Provincial Comptroller’s Office at the Ministry of Finance. He is responsible for leading a team of audit professionals in the use of a risk-based approach for the audit of the financial processes and systems in Executive Government ministries. Ryan is currently the Co-Chair for the Government’s Internal Audit Best Practices Focus Group. He is also a member of the Government Internal Auditors Council of Canada.

Ryan has expertise in public sector financial management and reporting through his 10 years of experience as a Senior Financial Management Analyst in the Provincial Comptroller’s Office, and as a Financial Analyst at Elections Saskatchewan during the 2016 General Election. Ryan obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation while working as a Senior Accountant in the Assurance and Advisory practice at Deloitte in Regina. Matt obtained his CIA designation in 2017 and has been putting it to use on site, corporate, merger and retail audits. He is also helping to lead the push into data and analytics. Prior to working at Nutrien, Matt worked for KPMG Saskatoon and Calgary where he specialized in private company audits and obtained experience in the financial, manufacturing, oil and gas, retail, and agriculture industries.
